The apartment itself was very nice, clean and quiet. As for the location - on the one hand, it's very close to the metro and tram stops, and there is a big supermarket in the next building, which is very convenient. On the other hand, I can't say the district looks safe, especially in the evening :( Lots of marginals, etc.

Sauber , Personal sehr nett , online einchecken bevorzugt weil am Wochenende die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Leider keine Hotel eigne Parkplätze. Aber um das Hotel herum Möglichkeiten kostenlos zu Parken. Zimmer haben eine Küche und Kaffeemaschine. Ruhige Lage und die andren Hotelgäste sind nicht laut.

Spent 2 weeks here in May. Fantastic location with superb access to trams and S-Bahn. You can easily reach any part of Berlin within 30 minutes (recommend BVG app). REWE is 5 minutes walk and great shop for getting some supplies. I had a studio room and it was good enough. Plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. The kitchen is OK. You have 2 hobs and a microwave plus fridge and coffee machine/toaster. Good enough for doing breakfast and keeping the beer/wine chilled but don't expect to be making fancy meals. That said, you are in Berlin so why stay in!. The downsides were: The shower is pathetic and no shelves to put shower gel bottles etc. Room was cleaned once in 2 weeks which is OK but would like clean towels more frequent and toilet paper replaced instead of having to buy some. I read another review where it said you could go to the store room to replenish but this info was not made available and I'm not a mind reader. Staff were invisible despite saying the desk was manned daytime. The one occasion I met someone was when the main entrance was being worked on and the door was closed. He pointed vaguely to use the other door at the back which I had no idea existed and he wasn't prepared to show me so I had to figure out myself.

I stayed there for 6 months. They were super helpful and always there when I needed help with anything. The apartments are very clean and everyone is very friendly. Biggest thanks I want to give to Flavius at the front office. He was ALWAYS there to help us with everything and even with the smallest things he was offering himself to help. I recommend this place 100%.

I booked a non-refundable room and Dbahn started their strike so I could not arrive on my planned dates. However when I asked to move my reservation (speaking 5 days prior to planned arrival) to another date which was open and cheaper per their website, I was told that it was impossible and they would be charging me full rate for no show . Their website makes no mention of adjusting dates and says "A free cancellation of the reservation is not possible." Please note that I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION, only to move dates. Cannot recommend and will gladly ensure my colleagues know as well.

I absolutely love this place! Stayed here for a week trip visiting Berlin and enjoyed every minute of my stay. The rooms are spacious, perfect size kitchen and bathroom. I love the easy check-in process with the kiosk and check-out was the same. Very quiet and super convenient location with a grocery store REWE and another beauty/healthcare/household store called dm. Trams are across the street, and U/S-Bahn downstairs. There's also a laundry located on site and super affordable. Would stay here again and recommend!

The apartments are great and well maintained, furnishing was good, internet and the other services were working well. They allow Anmeldung so that the longer term stay in Germany is possible. On the negative side, kitchen was comparatively small. Bigger kitchen in common area also extras utensils might have helped. Overall it was super great place to stay. I won't hesitate to recommend it to the others.

Don't stay here. There are many of better options, especially if you plan to stay for 'business reasons'. During my month long stay, they required access to the room multiple times for maintenance (mattress cleaning, curtain cleaning, etc), had loud drilling at 8am as they were refurbishing nearby rooms and did not respect privacy when I was on calls. I requested to be moved to another property, without any action on their side. Other things to note - the wifi requires regular login, so if you're taking conference calls via VOIP this property is not suitable, the Unfortunately after providing feedback, Markus the 'Cluster Operations Manager Berlin' simply offered a 10% discount for future bookings. Really lacking any level of service for this business promoted building, avoid at all costs.

When I got the visa to Germany the first and foremost thinking was to get a place to stay - even temporarily. I researched a bit online and found our most of the places needs documents which is impossible to get for a day 1 mover. Then I got to know about SMARTments and asked about it with my friends living in Germany. Everyone positively recommended it. I also wanted city registration so I asked for the landlord's confirmation of my stay. Surprisingly I got that in 5 mins. About the apartment condition, cleanliness - things are unbelievably neat and clean. Things are taken care of within a slight hint of complaints. Tools, furniture, accessories, cookware, crockeries -- all modern and clean. I will definitely recommend friends, coworkers, family to avail the service of SMARTments. I wish them all the best.

If you only speak english, don't call. They will just hang up once they hear you speaking english. Completely unprofessional behavior. Customer service is 1/5 in this place. You could find way better places to stay at.

Also ich finde es ziemlich teuer. Extrem hellhörig, von dem Doppelbett ganz zu schweigen… so toll ist der Comfort auch nicht. Die Holzvertäfelung am Bett bei 2 Kissen ging einfach mal so von der Wand ab… für diesen Preis…

Close to the S-Bahn, clean rooms. Easy access and support. I have stayed here multiple times, and it were very pleasant stays.

Great value of money, good connections, ring train station is 30 seconds of walk from the hotel and the tram to the city center at 4 minutes. The check in was self made and was super easy and intuitive, The apartment was clean. There was a ready to use kitchen which we didn’t use.

Great apartments to stay in for any length trip. Would absolutely stay here again. Very clean well maintained apartments. Great location right on the metro line and also right next to a major tram line. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

We were two young adults who had an amazing stay in this hotel/apartment complex that can only be described as a majestic accommodation. S-bahn station is right outside, tram station is fairly close and there are a various amount of supermarkets nearby. There is a restaurant opened 24/7 right by the hotel, which is a decent option if you need to grab something considering the area can be excessively boring. The hotel features a self check-in and self-checkout, which is easy to use. We paid circa 600 euros for 7 nights! An absolute bargain for the product we were given. The rooms are nice, bed is decently sized and the kitchen comes with everything fundamental and we (at least) had a spacious bathroom. Housekeepers can also be also present, depending on the length of the stay. The staffs can occasionally be seen at the desk, and are significantly helpful and friendly. All in all, an amazing experience that I can recommend to others. Thank you SMARTments!

Great Location. Functional Apartment with all the amenities. Steps away from S-Bahn and Tram. Self check in was a breeze. Rewe close by. 24 Hr pizza right next to the building. The only challenge I had was that the sheets on the bed weren't clean when I checked in and though the management were responsive on WhatsApp, they couldn't do anything about it outside of asking me to go get a clean sheet from the supply closet which unfortunately didnt have any. I had to make do using some duvet covers as a bed sheet and when housekeeping did their weekly round 4 days later, they replaced the sheet then

The apartment was perfect, also the location and customer support. We stayed 7 nights for new years. While booking I had complete support via whatsapp (thank you!). Just in front of the building is S station and every part of the city was reachable. Close to the stores. Bar/restaurant in front works 24/7 (has separate smokers room). Our room had bathroom, kitchen (fridge, microwave, cooktop, coffe machine, dishwasher!, kitchen utensils..), dining table, closet, tv and bed. We got welcoming bottle of beer and water. Parking across was free of charge, but also they have their own parking (garage - not sure, the rate - also not sure - ask via whatsapp they reply fast). Everything was perfect clean. This was winter stay, there is radiator in the room and in the bathroom, it was warm, but I havent seen the AC, so I dont have imperssion of summer days. There is elevator. The best stay so far...

It was nice and comfortable.we stayed for 2 nights. So I appreciate the modern touch to the room but why would you have smart light and few other things but the tv is not even a smart tv, 🙄 the tv was an old tv with bad quality. No smart tv!!!!! Heads up: the picture of the room appears mich bigger when booking online

Very friendly staff, rooms very well equipped. I would have given 5 Stars, but the area at night and unfortunately some of the guests can be a bit shady - not the fault of Smartments, of course, and maybe just bad luck - although it might be better if someone would be there the whole night.

I stayed here for a month when I moved to Berlin. The location is very convenient—right next to the S-Bahn. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern, and you have almost everything to feel comfortable. The nespresso capsules and dishwasher especially 👍 The staff are very attentive and welcoming. Would stay again.

A so-so place for students and short-stay. Not sure what “business” means in the name. The room was small, not new, with dirty walls, an old shower with old towels. I found long black hairs in my “fresh” bed. Also, there was impossible to change the checkout date, so no flexibility if your plans changed. But the hotel is in a good location. Total: 3 stars, not more. A bit overpriced place for this quality.

A good place to stay in Berlin! The location is perfect, near the s-bahn and tram stop. The room is equipped with everything do you need. Surely I will be back again next time.

Great space, friendly staff. Location is fantastic (being near the Ring Bahn gives you pretty solid access to the whole city). Please, go to the restaurant next to it. It's amazing too. Check in is super easy, and they clean your room once a week, which comes very handy. Plus a Nespresso machine. And again, staff is super attentive. Gwan in particular helped me by being on the lookout for an important document I was to receive there and very promptly notified me when it arrived. Thank you Gwan!

Really good service. Those little rooms has everything you need. I amazed how they fitted all kitchen tools into that little kitchen, including dishwasher. I recently moved to Berlin and choosed to stay here till I find a long-term flat and I loved everything about the SMARTments. Definetely worth it.
