Service is too poor. Also when we visited thier was not much people. Yet they provide very very slow service . They have to pour drink from thier bottles from bar. Yet it took more then 30 minutes to them . Snacks item took 45 min to come to our table. . Pathetic service .

Worst Service, Worst Staff, Worst Dining experience ever ! We got our order after almost 50 Minutes of waiting. Secondly after spending so much money we got these Plastic bowls (bhandaare wale saste wale). Really the worst service in karnal Not recommend at all

One of my favourite hang out place in karnal... it's a perfect blend of family restaurant and for youngsters hang out point.... Food is nice, staff is polite, service is also nice..... value for money ..

Was there in sukoon today watch FIFA World Cup final between Argentina and France. I was in appropriately ordered by the bouncer to not cheer at the time of penalties. Later bouncer also hit a couple of boys who were cheering during the match. Paid a bill of over 5k just to be ordered by bouncer and see a fellow table mate to be hit by him. Never going to visit it again for sure....

Staff doesn’t even know about what is happening and they are not even co-operative worst service if go in afternoon sometimes they don’t even accept orders they just say kitchen is closed or some other issues everyone is in some much attitude if you want to waste money go there

Everything I found good...calm environment to dine in...soothing music..hygienic delicious food...except only one thing....for handwash no proper basin was there which I feel is very much necessary before we have food....

Ambience at sukoon is very nice . But they should do some renovation as sofa cloth is torn and it degrades the ambience of a restaurant and if I talk about food . Food is good quality and quantity wise. But they are serving still water which is very expensive instead they should use mineral water which can be economical . They should not always see there margins . Instead go with the masses. Main course dishes are good . Starters like dahi ke sholey is very good. All in all very nice restaurant in terms of food in karnal.

Don't buy beer here specially tower or pitcher. It didn't worth at all. Other drinks are ok. Food is awesome. Staff needs to be more quick and respective. If you are visiting here, You should have patience and should be ready to wait atleast for half hour for food you ordered.
