    Very professional and experienced trainer Harit, Payal and Raj. They make sure you enjoy your workout. I have been going there from past 1 year now without missing a single day this is how much fun the workout is. I lost almost 6 kgs in the 1st 3 months only.highly recommended.

    Payal is an amazing instructor and she has a lot of knowledge, she pays attention to everything very carefully and to each person individually..she makes every session very lively.

    First of all it's not JUST a yog class....it's much more than that....u get to practice zumba, strength training, pilatus, meditation , diet n much more here at @fitnessdome. Although it's been only 2 months since i joined, my stamina has increased, I feel more energetic. I m 39 yrs old ,mother of 2 . I have been practicing yog for the past 10 years now. I have a stenosis in my aortic valve n advised by docs to do light exercise throughout. when i joined ma'am Payal, she understood all my problems n requirements n planned my workout in that precise manner , also suggesting me diet . Not even 1 day have I felt low or exhausted after coming back...shes like a bomb of positivity which will burst upon you once you are there:-):-)
