No AC working in this kind of hot weather. Lots of Flyes on the setting area where I was seated and I changed my seat 2 times. One star 🌟 for Paneer Royale only. I was starving and tired so I think about burger King but they disappointed me 👎🏻. I spend 1 hour 45 minutes here and still sweating ☹️😠.

It's near Gaffar market, well maintained and staff have good behaviour. Washroom facilities available. It's have 30-40 seats. It's surve good quality of burger 🍔 in low or average prices. it's have very quick service in my order is it's taken only 5 min. Overall I'm satisfied the service and infrastructure.

The staff is really rude and irresponsible over here. Apparently one has to order only combo menu items and ordering A-la-carte menu items is prohibited. Also the ice cream machine is always broken.Not recommended.

Best place to spend some quality time out there. Veg crunchy VOLCANO is the best thing to have there. Veggie strips is also good. Hygienic place as usual other burger kings. I think drive threw is not available. It would be helpful if it is possible. Otherwise evergreen is perfect. Staff members were also decent and else is good.

we had a good time at this outlet of burger king. At the entry it appears small but they have ample seating space once you move inside. Food, service, staff behaviour all was satisfactory.

I ordered a Mexican whopper meal and a chicken whopper, with side chicken strips, the staff looked harried and irritable, the ac was not working in one of the sections and the toilet was perpetually occupied

Good ambience, but AC is not working that time .

Everything is awesome EXCEPT they dont provide cold drink. Machine was nt working and we have to take the cold coffee which we dont like bt we have to as it was in the combo. They dont serve lemon/ice tea. Stleast u should have alternate to cold coffee.

Our order was the last one for Dine in , we were told that in combos there will be no soft drinks and if we wanted their coffee we have to charge extra for it. While we were eating the staff turned off the fan and air conditioner and we repeatedly told them to turn on but none replied. This is really disgusting we had to eat there without any fan or air conditioner while in summer ! Didn't expect that and the fact that it was just 10:20 pm they turned off everything and even shut the front door and we were told to get outside by their back door. I didn't expect this from Burger King this was my first in my Burger King and I don't think so I will go again in any Burger King because of this kind of behaviour.

The place is located inside the market so you can eat here if you feel hungry while shopping. The environment was good, it had the capacity to accommodate around 30-40 people at once, public services were also there. Order preparation time was very less, we got our food very quickly. In terms of food, I had the Veg meal worth 99* (excluding taxes) and I honestly didn't like it. I couldn't even complete the burger. So I ate fries with Pepsi. That's all I have to say. Very average service, 3 people behind the counter but only seemed like one taking orders. Asked for a soda being advertised, but told they don't have any, ?? Chicken was spicy even though only ordered plain. Med fries very much on the light side. Nevertheless, place was clean place to eat.

I usually don't write a review but this experience made me do it. we recently went there on a Saturday evening,n after ordering food,my children wanted to use rest room. the staff over there plainly stayed that they r not allowing customers to use it n it is only for them. even after requesting them that the children want to use,they just refused. very much disappointed with this behaviour

It's a fairly big burger King outlet situated in the middle of the karol bagh market. Mostly everything in the menu is available except some of the items. BK Cafe is also added to this outlet now which basically serves muffins, cold coffee, coffee etc. The service is quick in terms of food. Cons- The staff is not quick to clean tables when customers leave, you have to ask them to clean tables. I have ordered online from swiggy also they don't read instructions properly which is not good because some people are allergic to some ingredients.

Makahani burger is very less in makhani and no proper response given. Ice cream in very low quantity. I experienced the same more than 2 times.

Its for all burger king outlet in delhi👑. I ate burger from many outlet and I feel they don't use anything fresh in burger. The only thing you get in these outlet is comfortable surrounding for sitting & conversation. The burger isn't extraordinary too and the French fry is worst. I challenge you, just put these fry for cool down or take home with you. After some time you get real quality of this fry and i guarantee you can't eat these cold fry. Crush this fries with your thumb. The only good thing about these fries is their appearance.

I gave these stars to the food but the experience at Karol Bagh store was not good.I specially want to mention this, I visited at Karol Bagh outlet and had order no 242,I used washroom and then turns for handwash but their soap dispenser was not working,I told the staff to arrange the soap, they fully ignored me,I told my freind to buy soap from outside and used that to wash hands,I had never put reviews but for the first time I m writing.1st the hygiene issue and the 2nd was staff behaviour.
