Should I give 3 or 4 stars ? Mix feeling about this place. Room was nice and clean, service was very good and excelent. I had some issues with shower where the water did not drained well, they came and fix it. Hotel Swati Deluxe, located in Delhi, offers a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in the heart of the city. Location: Excellent, absolutely in the center of Karol Bagh. Close to metro station and markets as well. Easy to locate if you follow google map. Wide road in the front. Front desk: Hastle free check in and check out. Rooms size: Not that great, but non-modifiable. Interior: Quite new and nice. Modern amenities. Amenities: Have water heater importantly. 1 removable chair along with a small sofa cum chair. A small table. Beds: Size adequate. Cleanliness: Poor; both floors and bed mattresses and bedsheets. Though washrooms are clean. Washroom: Size adequate, nice interiors. Wardrobe: Size adequate. Rooms view: Nothing, absolutely closed view in outside. House keeping: Not that prompt. Room service in room dining: Service a bit slower. Still foods were ok. Not very oily and spicy. Complimentary breakfast: Quite poor, very limited options, even just Paneer paratha and breads were available till 8 AM. Though the breakfast is due to start at 7.30 AM. Service: Could have been better. Value for money: Needs definite improvement in breakfast and room service , most importantly cleanliness.

Nice rooms and very well maintained facility. They have free WiFi and hot water 24x7.

It's a good place to stay here. Very near to the main Karol bagh market. The rooms are neat and clean. A little tiny for extra bedding. Price wise it's almost good. Keep in mind It's a pure veg hotel and restaurant. For non veg you have to order from outside. Overall it was a pleasant stay

First of all hotel environment is very good. Location is good. Rooms are big and small both available. All other extra facilities like easy chair, Electric Iron, Electric Kettle, Locker, Wifi, Hot and cold water etc are available. Staffs are cordial and well behaved. A complete Veg hotel and restaurant Kindly confirm your stay if you are a smoker. All kinds of pay accepted. Buckets on demand. A good stay.

The room ac was not cooling. whole night we cud not sleep. They booked a suite room but in actual the suite room is smaller then normal size room. Bathroom is below average. Tap were leaking. Many more can be added. Staff also not responsive and arrogant. Tv was also not working, they shifted us to other room but ac was not working in that also

Location wise, very good. Food wise its vegetarian. Outside foods, non vegetarian foods can be ordered from swiggy etc to the room.

Not any more a good place to stay. Cleanliness n the sudh veg restaurant were two good factors. No more cleanliness seen n sudh closed

Excellent Location and one among the very few options for pure veg. no bar stay. But rooms are very small and very expensive by any standards. Similar hotels with similar rooms are available at half the price.

It was one of the worst hotels i stayed in. Would never recommend it to anybody. The receptionist praveen does not deserve to be in the hospitality industry. The breakfast was awful

The rooms are nice, but the problem is there are very less options in their breakfast. That's not good. If you are staying there for 2 days then you have to pay first. Not at the time of checkout which is not a good thing for such good hotel which is really imberess me.

Location great. Room nice. No restaurants. Wasn't told about renovations when booking..Reno's happen in night. Vacuum cleaner was on very late. Last night in Delhi, very sad. A lot closed.

Both Room & bathroom was clean. Small rooms but adequate. Service is good. Food is good. Healthy breakfast complimentary. Safe for family. Near to market & metro station. Focus mirror for shaving is required in the Wash room.

The hotel is good. Though I didn't stay here but visited and looked at some rooms. I chose other hotel over it because I found it little costly. But the hotel is good and at prime location.

Quite decently spacious rooms with all 3 star hotel facilities and bathrooms were congested. So can improve in that aspect. Had Good breakfast in the adjacent restaurant.

The central AC gets switched off throughout the night and it's like sleeping in a furnace. We have to wake up atleast 15-20 times to switch it on manually which disrupts the sleep. One of the prime reason for staying in a hotel is it's comfort and convenience, and it's very very disappointing. It's in a good location, but the AC issue which results in not having a good sleep beats every other service. Not going to stay again.

Well best part of my hotel stay was rooms shower . Rooms are well maintained with central ac .room service definitely need to b improved. Complimentary breakfast offered is horrible .

Overall it’s good hotel for day trip , with good quality of food and services. The room was clean, spacious and neatly arranged. The staff was helpful and listens the exact requirements of travellers. The Breakfast has limited menu but it’s ok as all items have good quality and taste. The tea was superb. The check and check out was very fast and easy. Overall for single travelling person it’s better option.

It was a good experience staying at hotel Swati Deluxe, neat and clean room, good bed, pillow is also good, clean bedsheet and towel, bathroom is quite good, location is very good, walking distance from karol bagh metro station. Only breakfast could have been more better, Management should add few more options. All hotel staffs are very cooperative and humble.
