needs
to
be
improvised.
Its
a
Reputed
brand,
no
doubt.
Gold
quality
is
also
good..
1.
We
bought
many
gold
coins
online,
none
of
them
had
hallmark
and
out
of
curiosity
we
verified
it
recently
by
selling
all
those
coins
to
another
reputed
store
and
observed
that;
all
these
gold
coins
were
perfect
24kt
only
with
proper
weight.
2.
But
some
days
back,
we
have
ordered
a
product
online
some,
there
was
no
sign
of
delivery.
The
order
is
still
in
pending
status
for
more
than
a
month.
We
were
so
much
scared
of
losing
the
money.
We
tried
approaching
to
the
customer
service
to
resolve
it
asap
and
got
cold
shoulderEd
every
time.
We
tried
all
sort
of
things;
we
mailed,
whatsapped,
called
the
toll
free
number
billion
times,
even
we
call
some
stores
in
Delhi;
Nothing
helped
at
all...!!!
We
were
extremly
frustrated
that
time.
We
didn't
expect
a
sudden
downfall
of
such
a
reputed
brand,
as
we
had
been
a
long
time
online
customer.
3.
Anyways
the
product
got
delivered
after
some
days,
also
noticed
that
the
customer
service
had
been
improvised
a
lot
lately.
