Westside was always on top of my priority to purchase , shirt and trouser 😊

So it's a big store from westside. They have something for everyone. They have variety of clothes, makeup, skincare, footwear etc available here. They don't make great footwears as durability of shoes was abysmal. They make good quality clothes but the price point is expensive. They have section for women, kids and mens as well. The staff here is nice. It's a neat and clean store which is a great thing. Their lift is mostly not working because of which I faced difficulty in climbing stairs. Nearest metro station - Karol Bagh. Overall this is a good store.

The store is spacious, organised and clean. The staff is helpful and the music playlist is dope ngl

Hi the service is very unprofessional, the staff misguided me a dress kept in a tagged rack fr 399 was billed for 699 .I repeadly asked the staff on duty in basement and still got the amount 399 frm her however whm billed it was 699.horrible experience. No support.

Nice collection and variety but lacks in brand variety . Best for Western outfit and good quality clothes. Staff behavior is ..not cooperating 😑

The collection is repeating and hardly find new collection... Also have noticed that Gia collection has plus size but the length of the tops are decreasing...

It's too good store. Products are quite of high rate but quality wise it's price is ok. Collection are very good here.wide variety of products are available here. Must visit this place while shopping.

Store is not special-needs friendly. Store has non functional lift for quite some time. Stairs do not have anything to hold on to. Causing lots of difficulty to get in. Probably one should STOP COMING to this place because it is not pleasant anymore.

The place is quite large, if you are girl then you can have different choices, but for men there are issues with the sizes they have. They have the collection but even regular sizes are not available every time, but as you know it is WESTSIDE you will definitely have better quality of fabric at the pocket friendly rates.

It was a very nice experience...all the employees were very cooperative with all the customers... I'll definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to buy good clothes in budget price

Nice Store By TATA....prices are more affordable and quality are very high. Maximum item are under 2000 when I visited. Not like other brands where price are much higher and quality are lower

Not enough sizes available always. Shoes-sandals are dirty and worn, unless you get there on the day of display. Especially cotton garments are of low quality. But there are other clothings one can shop...

I love their ethnic wear collection. One must definitely checkout their footwear section for some chic flats to go with every attire.

On 3rd of june i went to karol bagh westside store .I wanted to go on 2end floor .I have back pain problem .I thought i should go by lift .I had to wait for lift till 5 mnts but lift was not working .

1. Lift not working. 2. Sizes not available. 3. Stock was disappointing. 4. Store was looking very unmaintained.

Trial rooms are very few - and no change has been done despite the issue being complained more than a year ago. The store claims to "wrap their fashion in ecofriendly choices" but then charge the customers 10Rs per bag , put all their apparels in plastics on the 3rd floor - Classic case of hypocrisy and virtue signalling. Expected better from a Tata brand P.S. Based on their response below, I have a question - Why is your whole floor littered with plastic bags? Stop being hypocritical and spoiling the name of Tata

Good for females.kurtis are in abundance.ethnic section is quite diverse.formal and semiformal is quite trendy.store has different sections for casual. Ethnic kids.pricing is on higher side.but readymade garments save u on sticching.easily accessible from karolbagh metro station.

They have the store on three floor , ground is for womens and top is for men. They have quit good collection available. You can buy all your needy things like clothes, slippers, shoes , bags .. and they even have bracelets for men and the price was reasonable too. Unfortunately I didn’t get a plane white shirt as they were out of stock. And one more things , very less staff were present on top floor. I think you should increase your staffs it will help to boost your sale.

The staff was not interested in attending the customers and was busy gossiping among themselves. Completed the purchase because got the size and fitting of clothes.

Nice place to go for a shopping spree. A variety of styles were available. But there were very few sizes of a particular design which ultimately stops you form the buying the piece.

I visited store yesterday@ 8th July 2021,at 4 evening...Shocked to c tht in such a big store AC ws nt working properly....tooo much of suffocation.Me n others shopping thr hv to remove thr mask while shopping....bcoz no other option left fr us....if one hv to shop more thn one article jst bcoz of suffocation cnt shop.....
