We had our worst hotel experience so far. From room, to housekeeping to staff behavior, everything ruined our experience considering the amount they charged from us. Special mention to Mr. Rakesh, who was managing the hotel during our stay ensured that we do not leave this hotel without giving them a single star rating. I think they don't even deserve that. The room was compact and felt shady, the AC started leaking abruptly and no action was taken by the staff, we requested for an early check and late departure, but they were charging more than the base price. The guy was very rude throughout our conversation and didn't feel welcome at all. Whosoever reads this review, please think twice before coming to stay here considering the price and emergency, if you have any.

Even though it is budgeted, spend little bit more or even in same price you can book hotel like Vardhman inn, sun hotel. At least there staff is cooperative and well mannered. Aster inn staff (Mr. Rakesh) will treat you like they are the king and you are slave. We have made the mistake by making payment upfront. Go for better option. Not recommended this hotel.

Good place to stay at Delhi because all of the attractions and main points are easily accessible from here. The staff were also very friendly and cooperative. Overall experience in Aster inn was very good

Fraud hotel , didn't provide the room I paid for , room was very dirty, rooms are very different than they showed in pictures. Overall a worst experience ever

If you like the hustle and bustle of Delhi, you've come to the right place: During the day everything that is motorized is repaired in the district or parts for such are sold. It is therefore correspondingly loud, chaotically loud for European ears. The street is dimly lit at night, so women may not feel safe. Our standard room had nothing to do with the apparently 7 year old photos they show, in Germany the standard would not be enough for one star, not even in terms of hygiene. The employees make up for all of this with their friendly nature and are always approachable.

I am always prefering to stay in this hotel when i am traveling to delhi, because this hotel is very good, staff is very decent. Special hotel manager Mr. Rakesh And Mr. Deepak is very co operative and always they are maintaining the good experience of guests.

I reached hotel at 9 AM. I asked receptionist for early check in . He tolde to wait till 9:30 so I waited. After 9:30 he asked me to come for checking but rudely told me that if you are checking in 9:30 you need to leave this hotel at the same time tomorrow. I told him that I will leave this hotel around 10 . He told me if don't leave your room at 9:30 AM tomorrow I will charge you 500 rs for that. I don't understand why he did not provide us little flexibility of 30 minutes. And in this whole conversation he was very rude or you can say very strict behaviour like don't ever come to my hotel again . It was nice staying at the hotel. Very good rooms with neat and clean. service was very good especially Mr. Rakesh guided us as we are first time visited Delhi and helped us. The prices are very reasonable and we enjoyed the stay of 2 days

The room was neat and clean. The staff were very cooperative. The location is a little bit busy being the business hub. Overall comfortable stay.

Rooms are decent, don't expect a lavish room but they are like clean room with basic amenities. AC's are window so won't expect a lot but that can chill. You get the in rooms small fridge. You would be getting a cold response to be greeted. They won't remind you for the breakfast but you can order from the in house menu. Which if very affordable. Just You need to ask everything. Options are limited on breakfast so just avoidance would be better.

Right place to stay in delhi . I don't know why some people give bed review. Hotel is perfect as per price. Smooth checknin. Clean room. Helpful staff and good location.

Rooms are not fit for staying with family. Very dirty rooms with broken curtains and very poor quality and unhygienic bathroom. Please don’t get carried away by seeing the pictures and do avoid this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

Booked a Superior room but due to delay of flight that I informed them and we arrived at 11.00. PM. But after arriving they allowed other people my room and given us a 3 bed room. The room was damped wall and furniture was old . Bathroom was damped and very congested. Towels are dirty and hard. Showing picture in website and actual is Haven and Hell difference.

I stayed there for 5 days with family.. everything was good like home you can ask them to anything and they provide you as soon as possible like drinking water,room service, 24hr hot water etc metro station is in walking distance overall it was a good stay

Good, clean and neat place with well appointed rooms for an over night stay at Karol Baug, however in house restaurant is average, it's surrounded by shops dealing is 2 wheeler accessories, staff is polite and courteous and definitely worth repeat stays

Very bad experience, getting bad smell if we switch on AC. And AC switch will be operated by Reseption. Every time we need to call and ask them to switch on AC. No TV provided.

Good and spacious rooms... Only problem observed was they switch off the A/C at regular intervals during day time.

It was a nice stay, my stay was of two days, one thing i didn't like that they don't have kitchen, they have menus of two different restaurants.

Good room hotel, but they charge extra on everything like water, nd even charge alot of service charge without explanation. Also, very hectic to check-in, try to avoid.
