    I cannot express enough gratitude to Mahua Mam & santosh sir at Ananda yoga for their dedication and the positive impact they've had on my life. I am thrilled to share my experience here after attending for two transformative months. I have stress induced disease which has negatively affected my overall health for the past 3 years. I have noticed strength in my body after 1 week of joining and felt more flexible and energetic by the end of two weeks. I started enjoying all the sessions and was elated to try anything new. I've been consistently impressed with the attention to detail and individualized support provided in each class. I've noticed a significant reduction in stress and anxiety, and I feel more centered and mindful in my daily life. Due to some reason, I couldn't continue here.. though I wholeheartedly recommend this institute to anyone seeking a transformative journey towards improved mind and body health.

    Best place for beginners to start their journey in yoga. The place is very good and has an oozing environment. Instructor has a very deep knowledge of yoga and is very understandable with you and understands your body as well. Very polite and heartwarming. You eventually get a feeling of waking up everyday, pushing yourself and do yoga with them.

    When I joined I was hesitant but the way they teach is amazing. Everyone is given personal attention . All COVID protocols are followed everyone is provided personal yoga mats . I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to change their life style so this is the place …. Keep it up guys 😊😊

    One of the things i had to do in Delhi was yoga, it would be my first time so i was insecure. But this training centre is great for beginners as well, they helped me to feel comfortable. They’re following all the covid protocols . I have learned different types of yoga cause i asked for an introduction course. The different types were : iyengar, kundalini, laughing yoga and so much more.Best yoga centre in n Delhi . Good job guy keep it up.

    I have been practising Yoga at the centre for about three months now. I can feel subtle changes in me.I am calmer, more focused.It has been a life affirming experience. Along With Yoga ,we also do zumba weekly which is really refreshing as well.It not a monotonous routine ,we sometimes do sound healing which is my favourite.

    It's been a month since I joined Anand Yoga and I can already see positive changes in my body. The instructors are well trained and pay individual attention to everyone. The classes are a perfect amalgamation of physical and mental exercises. I would highly recommend Anand Yoga.

    I joined ANAND YOGA two months before.The instructer Mahua Mam is very very talented.She has deep knowledge about yoga.She is very dedicated during classes.In each class the asna are different.The studio atmoshphere is very pisitive and creates an idealsetting for yoga and meditation. I really recomend this place.

    Thanks to Mahua, a great Yoga instructor who took utmost care while making me exercise in my Pregnancy, i am so thankful and grateful to her as i had a normal delivery Will surely recommend her to everyone :)

    I experienced yoga for the first time in India. I contacted them the same day and they kindly offered me a walk-in lesson. We went with two beginners, so it was like a private lesson and it was a luxurious time. Unfortunately, I couldn't use my credit card, but I withdrew cash at a nearby ATM. It seems that Indian QR payment is possible. I think it's in a good location as it's easy to walk around and the bus stop is nearby. It seems that they are also offering online lessons, so I would like to participate again someday. Thank you, Dr. Mahua!

    I just started doing yoga. It's been a week I am writing this review . Within a week I feel a new and better me . I am feeling so enegetic and positive .Trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating, specially Mahua ma'am she is strict while teaching but very soft and understanding while talking .For me this is the best quality of a teacher. Ambiance is very peaceful and soothing. They provide all the necessary equipments.Highly recommended. ❤❤👍I am so excited for my upcoming yoga sessions . Because after every single session I feel so much energy and motivation..and surprisingly i am enjoying yoga .❤

    Been few days since learning yoga from ma'am. Feels absolutely great after doing the sessions. I like how ma'am really push us to do it. Also thank you ma'am for correcting the posture as well. Anand yoga deserves all stars.
