I went there today, the seats inside was taken. I was looking around for a seat, when a staff looked at me and talked to me, she was sitting down on a 4 seat table. She left and my family sat down. Later when I went to order, the cashier told me I was rude for forcefully taking the staff seat. I ordered, I didn't want to make a scene, and left. Bad customer service, immediate false accusation without knowing the full story. I had a similar experience last time too. I won't come back again. Thank you for the drinks. It was an incorrect order by the way. I wanted iced chocolate and iced mocha. Not latte, hated it.

I frequent here a lot for the following reasons - the food is top notch, the service is prompt n friendly, there is a great outside family-friendly area and the coffee tastes great. I was pleasantly surprised today to see an environmentally friendly initiative as in the pic attached. Great work Lo's. If your new to Karratha, save some trial and error pain and try Lo's.

Customer service is great and their food is tasty. Highly recommended Lo's chicken waffles and Taiwanese bubble tea.

Went in to get some take away coffees because of all the other great reviews. However the coffee was terrible. $14 for 2 take away coffees and they ended up in the bin. Disappointing. However very friendly staff and fast service, saved from a 1 star review.

Have never actually left a review before, but just needed too because it was so great! Coffee was exceptional, food was outstanding and the service was fast and efficient. Will miss Lo's when we leave Karratha today!

What a great place for breakfast, bruch or lunch. We had the Chicken waffle and Salmon Waffle both were delicious. Inside or outside eating g area. Coffee is also good. Staff very friendly.

Unique menu with heaps of range and choice, and food was delicious. Coffee not too bad and appreciated the recycled coffee trays and great service. Lovely outside/grasses area to set up a picnic blanket for kids to play.

Meal that I ordered was really salty. Asked the staff if it could be made something less salty…they said “have you tried it before?” …. This is how it served. Highly Do Not recommended

Such an awesome and tasty menu plus food portions are quite large. Coffee is spot on and service is swift. Can get a bit noisy as it's a bustling place but you can sit outside for some peace if you like too.

Very nice, fresh and well priced food. Meals came out quick and the staff were easy to deal with. I recommend the smoked salmon waffle. Waffle is made from sweet potato and spring onion and is toasted to perfection.

I had an amazing time trying the chicken waffles at this spot! The dish was an explosion of flavors - crunchy, succulent chicken paired with fluffy waffles made for a perfect combination. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal. However, be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially on weekends, as this place gets crowded. But trust me, it's worth every minute of waiting for this delightful treat!

Great place to eat at, delcious food, centre of town, friendly staff and reasonable prices for in Karratha. The only negative I would give it is it needs a bigger venue.

I came here for breakfast after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint! Food was delicious, coffee was better than I get back home in Perth, and service was incredibly quick. I didn’t manage to get a photo of my breakfast because it disappeared so quickly. The flies inside were annoying but only a minor inconvenience and it would be silly not to expect that in the Pilbara. Go try it out!

Lovely food choices. Great drinks and desserts. My go to for breakfast or lunch. Busy from 8am in the weekends.

Don’t go on Tuesday mornings. only serve toasties for $16 and it’s wonder white bread with a coles cold meat slice essentially. Coffee was nice though

Good food, the best we had in Karratha, excellent coffee. Thick shake could be thicker:) but it’s the suggestion for the improvement rather than a complain. Highly recommend foodery. Yummy, decent size breakfast.

Not worth the $36 i spent here. The coffee was burnt and bitter and my breakfast was pathetically sad my scrambled eggs were gooey, bacon was stone cold amd the only hot thing on my plate was the peice of toast. I do not recommend this place at all
