The only music they play is anime intros, it smells like a gamer's basement in there and the manager there is an npc. 5 stars!

Amazing service and super helpful staff

Would like to thank Chris and his team at EB games karratha we sent my son's iPad off to be repaired and had nothing but trouble with the repair this went on for about 3 months you and your team are a credit to the retail and customer service industry very courteous and did everything in there power to have it all sorted my son is now happy he has his iPad back and even with the problems we in counted i would recommend for any thing from iPads,phones and all gaming consoles that need repairing
