Great selection of ice cream here as expected. Delicious and freshly made waffles here, love a good tasty crunchy waffle. Staff at ordering counter was lovely and friendly. Only thing that require improvement is maybe extra staffing to wipe down tables as they clear table after people leave so next customer gets a clean table to use.

Ordered strawberry nutella waffles, they gave us banana nutella waffles. When we asked they sent another staff member (the one that took our order) and she said are you sure you didn't order banana (don't eat, and never have eaten bananas ever so pretty damn sure I said strawberry). NO APOLOGY was given and instead of taking plate away and fixing issue they just brought strawberries on the side. After pulling off all the banana there was hardly any nutella. I requested if we could at least have more nutella and then another staff member come slam down a small container of nutella not say anything or even look at us. Absolutely appalling service, disrespectful staff members that made us feel like it was our fault. Only to have the table next us receive the wrong order too and when he tried to tell them they didnt change it either and told him it was his fault for ordering wrong. Gelare waffles are good but its worth going to any of the other franchises because this one displays zero people skills.

Has a small waffle with cookies n cream ice cream with chai latte. It was great!

Slow service, staff more interested in have a chat! Sat down and waited almost 20 mins for a cappuccino.. ridiculous! If you value your time. Go some where else

This was the most amazing waffle I have ever had in my life! So spongy and soft, every bite was a delight & the presentation was adorable. 10/10 would come back! Thank you for a wonderful tasty experience.

The guy who taking order was rude. I know is busy but just talk properly don’t have to shout or raise your voice. Don’t say I don’t know or I never been through, honey I work in a cafe too so I know and your business does not compare to other cafe that are more pack and busy than this okay. Don’t have to show customer your black face and talk nicely. Your place is full there’s no sit of course will find place to sit. Don’t have to shout you can just walk over and talk NICELY.

Food was great, service was incredibly disappointing. While trying to decide on an order, the cashier impatiently rolled their eyes thinking we wouldn’t see. Unhappy with the services, satisfied with the food.
