We got there just before closing and the chef waited for our friend who got lost before they closed the kitchen. The staff were lovely and so was the food and really well priced too! We got the steak and the eggplant with chargrilled veggies, I added chicken to mine, it was well cooked, well seasoned and fresh. It took me back to my time in Europe. I’ll be back to try the cakes they looked delicious.

So glad to find great coffee in Karrinyup! I’m shocked with some of the harsh bad reviews given a star. I honestly think it’s uncalled for. Hospitality is extremely tough work and the “one-starers” were bad audience. Not making an excuse for them but irregardless of how great a place is, mistakes could be made as we are humans. There’s no need to destroy the cafe. I have an amazing experience!! Service was warm and attentive. Staff was super friendly. Was highly recommended with fettuccine and it did not disappoint! Tiramisu was incredibly yum. Just the right balance of sweet. I would definitely be back again when I’m at Karrinyup for lunch.

We had coffee and cake here. The decor is attractive and cosy. The coffee was great as were the cakes. We received great service from Sin Zhi. A very nice place to have some coffee and cake.

Beautiful meals and coffee, my tastebuds were so happy and tummy satisified 😋 reasonably priced and 5 star service! Ate half of the bread on Caesar Salad before the photo was taken 😜 will go back and try other dishes 👌

The coffee was lovely and the staff are helpful, the food looked amazing as well but unfortunately we went there for lunch and left without eating as the high chairs are unfit for purpose. They’ve sacrificed functionality for aesthetic but the high chairs were extremely unsafe. One was broken and the other harness didn’t fit properly, so babies could easily slip underneath. There was another family with a bub the same age as ours and they had the same issues.

I'll start with the food, sorry chefs we didnt enjoy it and probably won't try again, Ordered Bacon Wrapped Pork I wish u had seared it cause it lacks flavour and looks, no sauce just a pureed apple like what? chef pretty sure u can do better, potatoes and brussels are oily they dont match with the protein, ordered 3 black wagyu as well, all medium well and it was all well done, beef looks like 160g? again no sauce, and comes with very OILY Potato and Onion Rosti thats too soggy, Chef its not worth the $170 we paid, everytime we try something wed think are we coming back? Typical Pub steak and chips would be better cause they have sauces/jus and big portions. Chefs pls do something bout this, theres always room for changes. Cheers

Really nice coffee (5 stars) and friendly staff but lacking in general organisation for a sit down style cafe. We went to pay and were told we had food and drinks on our table account, that we’d never ordered and had to spend 5 minutes going through our bill on the iPad explaining we hadn’t order the extra items we were being charged for. Asked for tap water on arrival and never got it, so stared at empty water glasses, so no water with my coffee. No napkins and never got an extra fork that we specifically asked for, so had to use a small coffee spoon to eat orange bread with slippery butter. Shane as this place could be great, but just not hitting the mark. Needs a complete overhaul of menu options and retraining of staff in basic hospitality skills.

Staff were very nice whilst being served on the table. The food from the kitchen came out pretty quick. Coffees took a while as did the cakes. I would have thought it would have been the other way around. Coffee was a bit bitter. The lemon meringue pie was $2 more then the profiterole cake, I don’t understand why? The iced coffee was also bitter. The manager gave our friend extra ice cream because there was none (or very little) in the iced coffee, but it didn’t help with the bitterness. When we went up to the counter to pay the bill, I noticed one of your staff was on her mobile 😟 and we had to wait until she finished what she was doing before we could pay. Lastly, with the high price of your food and drinks, I don’t see why you should charge a credit card surcharge, it should be incorporated in your prices. They did allow us to pay separately which I thought was great. No longer serve cannoli.

I don’t do reviews often at all but it would be an injustice if I did not on this occasion. Completely unexpected how good the service, food and experience was. Hands down was the best mushroom and pancetta fettuccini I have ever had. A true dining experience and absolute complements to the chef, thank you for that wonderful experience. The coffee was lovely and the staff were expedient and very polite, my wife and I agreed the service was faultless and we will definitely be back to see you again soon. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, I simply wish to say thank you, what a lovely culinary experience 🙂

Best coffee shop ever! Service is very friendly and super efficient. I asked for a glass of wine and a beer, we were still ordering with our waiter when the drinks were delivered!! Food arrived pretty fast and it was great 👍. It's a busy place, we had to wait before having a table but it was definitely worth the wait. Bravo, keep up the good work guys.
