Excellent breakfast with Poori and Dosa. Their tomato thokku is the highlight that is served with Idly and Dosa. Has ample parking in front and on the side. Neatly maintained washrooms are next to the side car parking. Very responsive and helpful staff. Must try items are poori, dosa and coffee.

I bought snacks from the Kongu Mess bakery. 1. There is no Manufacturing date/Expiry date in the bottle. 2. Blank bottle with no information with regard to ingredients. 3. Lid is not labeled rather easy to open. Not only this bottle. Most of the snacks are without MFG/EXPIRY date only. Being a famous brand of Karur and their lethargic attitude in the food items are not considerable one. Food and Safety department has to look in this matter and take the action immediately.

We were on our way to Srirangam and that’s when we came across kongu mess. We tried dinner there and the food was great. The service was good . Since we were on our way to temple we only tried their veg food and it was soo good . So on our way back to Coimbatore after our temple visit we wanted to try their non veg . And to not for our surprise the non veg was also very good . Their biryani and chicken 65 was very light for the stomach and the chicken and meat was soo well cooked. And when we asked about the food they said that all the chicken and goat come from their own farm . The food was great overall and definitely recommended for a good food and great service .

We had a tea and filter coffee. It was totally worth for the money. The taste was ultimately superb. Must try place.

I ate mushroom briyani and veg meals. It's good and tasty. When you go you must try mushroom briyani, i like it most. Prices are also not high, 6 members for 750 Rs.

When we inquired about the food, they informed us that all of the chicken and goat come from their own farm. Overall, highly recommended for excellent meal and service. best in the area. These guys lack Empathy in big time!!! Yesterday during lunch time, an old lady had a medical issue and fainted at the restaurant. The family member (looks like her son) urgently carrying her to the car to take her to nearby hospitals. When hurrying up for the medical emergency, the restaurant stuffs holding the family member to collect the bill money. The family member was shivering and paying the bill amount even without counting. That was just disgusting to watch what the stuff doing there.

Worst experience ever!! After having seated waiter was making us shift places inspite of many free tables (only to realise that he will not be paid tip when same family sits in two tables) And to make things worse north indian waiters telling us that our table waiter will come in hindi😅 only to get an arrogant man refusing to bring food according to our order and forgetting in the middle and ending up speaking foul language.And the supervisor sitting and clapping hands for his staff and blaming on us. What a vaulor food it was when we order 7 meals and 4 fish Frye's they billed 8 meals money and shoutted to us and we pay 8meals money 😒 what a bad and dirty resturant it was 😒😡 they are so cruel and bad... Bad hotel😒😏🥴

Great place for vegetarian food. Tasty vegetarian food. Visited today on a Saturday. It was packed with customers. Has mini idly, Masala Dosa, rava dosa and coffee. Food was tasty. Service is quick. Even though it is busy, they manage the crowd well and you are likely to get seated fast. They have a sweets and savouries section also...

Everything is good but washroom is not available it's irritating? Frist time ever I seen a popular restaurant cannot afford a washroom 😂 We are ordering a non veg meal (fish) Unfortunately we cannot found a fish it's only fish gravy and boiled egg 😅🤣🤣 Then we ordered side dish fish fry so shame 😅 I'll request everyone who read this if u have lot of money and don't need comfortable then you can go hre

Waste of money 💰 in this hotel. I had lunch with my family and everyone was upset. The cook should try eating briyani in other hotels and learn to cook. Mutton briyani waste 🗑. Natukozhi briyani was ok but not worth for money.

Request to implement token system for parcel while billing itself. Other wise like beggars we need to stand near counter when he will take the bill and order. Treat customers with respect that your really don't know because of busy. If you want to maintain quality of service really mean for your business. Yes people may come once or thrice but afterwards it's a question mark.

Food was normal ...chicken 65 was delicious ....had to wait bit longer for dishes.....fish 65 was also very blant...

The Best Food in Karur. I had a Veg meals there on 5th September. It was really awesome. Service Team was very polite & Humble. Never expected this range of quality in a Non Veg Hotel. My friend had Mutton Biriyani in the same Hotel. He was quite Happy with the Taste. They have Juice shop & Sweets cum Bakery in the next shop which was really good. Keep it up Kongu Mess. we love to come again.

Had an early dinner here. Parotta with Kuruma was good. Pepper chicken fry was good. Paniyaram was small; okay. Aappam with coconut milk was the worst.

Awesome place to taste kongu cuisine. A little detour from Madurai-Salem highway will take you here. You will be confused as what to order , they have so much varieties here. Best experience would be to go as a large group order all the dishes , so you can taste all the dishes on the menu because everything tastes good here. The prices are also not to high

Don't order mutton. It's not the digestive. Chicken and meals are good taste and delicious. Also weird thing is if you share food with your kid even he/she under 3 years they will charge you.

The parotta was ever hard and they don't serve what we want instead they give what have left over. For chilly parotta also not very well prepared. ( Taste like eating kalan in a road side hotel . For prawn masal they put freezed prawn inside the masal and served ( rate :210) .

Food is very tasty with right quantity and quality of oil used. No harm to stomach even post dinner. Both veg and non veg options. You can have tea and coffee as well from the same table. Ample of car parking space.

The Best Chai in the Trip. We had breakfast on the way and the food, service and neatness was best so we marked the spot in Map and again we stopped there and had lunch while returning and on afternoon place has a bit rush but the Ac room is the solution because there'll be no rush and will get premium services. And food has great taste and quality ❤️

Please do provide a menu card so that people will know u do serve nonveg here along with cost .... Need more servers as there is a huge set of crowd always so that v don't feel delayed .

Not worthy. Real taste of non vegetarian foods, we aren't able to get from here. Curd is made from just powder like milk. Fish fry is not good, we didn't feel the actual taste. Naatu Koli not upto the mark. Banana given is a raw one
