It's a beautiful traditional Homestay right in the middle of banana trees and estates. You'll definitely feel it home and kudos to the hosts Usha Chechi and Pushpan Chettan, who make you feel like home and treat you with great hospitality.

The place was calm and neat. The vintage home and serene surroundings offers the best break from busy city life. The owners were always willing to help.

One of the best homestays I've ever visited, the owner is very kind and friendly, she always keeps in touch to check if we need something. And the location of this homestay is so amazing, it is surrounded by coffee estate.

Vintage property with very sweet hosts. They made our stay very comfortable and cozy. With an access to proper functional kitchen . Keep up the good work Mr. Padmesh.

17 member family have been there to relax and enjoy, but what we saw there was really disappointing. Good:- Breakfast was tasty (Idli, Sambar and Chutney), no coffee/tea provided Decently maintained lawn, the only place we liked post 8 PM Bad:- No welcome drink (we expected drink due to hot weather outside and we driven for almost 300 kms from morning) Home-stay is not maintained properly Floor was dirty, Hall was messed up with lot of unwanted items looks like store room Kitchen was not good No Fridge Difficult to get good water to drink(Cold) we suffered a lot, our houses in village is much better than this place Lots of mosquitoes No power, in midnight staff is not ready switch generator and told our paid money is not sufficient to maintain fuel to switch generator on - we slept without fans for almost 5 hours with mosquito's bites Suggestion:- Home-stay located in beautiful place, however maintenance and way they treat visitors not up-to the mark. Everyone will come with lot of expectations to enjoy your hospitality and nature surrounded. No-one like s to take risk for bothering each and everything including water i personally felt very bad in-front of family and relatives post reaching this place. Whatever we look on website is not same when we reached there Finally its not worth to pick this home-stay in future, If same hospitality continues Please do not accept booking request without proper infrastructure availability, no one bothers about your concerns we need decent, pleasant and good hospitality service we paid INR8900 for this place and came out with lot of memories At-last i want to thank Usha Ji for her kind support to enable us with few things Regards, Krishna (Visited 14th April, 2017)

Staying in this property is utter loss of money. Horrible place to stay. The toilets are all stinking. While allotting room to the new guests the used toilets are left as it is. Everything very poorly maintained. I don't recommend it to anyone.

It's a beautiful traditional Homestay right in the middle of banana trees and estates. You'll definitely feel it like home and if u are kannada and malayalam speaking then it's not less the heaven. Hosts are very gentle, kind nature and always willing to help. Only problem is there no local transport available. You should arrange the vehicle before landing there.

The location is in middle of wayanad. Good food was served (also jain food), good caretakers. The house is like a old kerala family house, with 4 rooms. The caretakers provided adequate information on the nearest tourist location and also recommendations.

#Peaceful and calm #In the middle of estate #Couples friendly #Affordable price #Hosts are good in both Malyalam and Kannada #Hosts only arranged a vehicle with their own interest (Mr. Mansur accompanied to us with his very good driving and very nice person who knows Hindi language) #Got very good pure - veg food $The hot water was not available properly $The hygeine and cleanly ness would have improved a bit more
