Location was good. Big rooms. Bog bathrooms. Rooms smell of moisture which makes them very difficult to stay. Bedsheets and pillows aren't clean. Lift is mostly not working. Food is average. Only one socket point in a room.

Hotel Premdeep International is an average hotel with quality room service. Rooms are clean, neat and equipped with attached bathroom and toilet. Parking space is limited. Only street parking is available. Food quality is satisfactory. Bell boys are available 24 x 7.

They never told about ac , ac will not work if power is not there , solid execuses they made, why they not inform first when customer confirm a booking that ac will not work if light is not there. Lift is not working . If called on reception then behaviour is rude. Room phone is not working. So before book ,question all of them before Property is ok but No use if no services are there. Food is very much spicy

Very un professional and rude people, no matter what is your dispute with online sites how can you let a customer wait for one and a half hour and then to agree to your condition they asked me bluntly to cancel the booking and take a fresh booking from them at a just double charge. Also poor room service, and poor ammenities they charged me 995 but I am sure a much much better room can be hired at much lower price.
