    いつもお世話になっております。 某大手パーソナルジムも大体通いましたが、早くこちらのジムに出会っていれば良かったなと思いました。大手ジムのトレーナーとは別格な筋肉オタクのマッチョトレーナーさんが怖い笑顔で指導してくれるので自分の限界以上に追い込むことができます。今まで沢山のパーソナルトレーナーに指導してもらいましたが、今までで1番信頼できるトレーナーの方です。料金はもちろん、トレーニングの質は絶対オススメです。 パーソナルトレーニングはどこに通うかより、誰に指導して頂くかが重要だと思います。

I've started to look at other gyms naturally, but I've noticed that there are more gyms than just routine training, so if you want effective and varied training, and you can feel the effects and have fun, this is the place to go. I am very grateful to have met such a role model trainer who wanted to learn from me. I realized that improving my style is not just about losing weight, and I am learning the correct way to make up my body. When your body changes, you feel brighter, more confident, and the way others see you changes. Since he taught me theory, I was able to improve my body shape and increase my physical strength without any problems, even without training at all. It's easy to understand, so even if you're training on your own in addition to sessions, you'll still get results if you follow Mr. Kamata's beloved training theory, so it's definitely the best!

    I attended a total of 16 courses over two months. In the past, I have tried to train on my own at the gym and during the self-restraint period, but there were times when I didn't get much results or didn't last long. At Global Fitness, I was given detailed instructions from the first time on things like muscle training form and how to work the muscles, which was truly an eye-opener. This time, I saw visible results even in a short period of time, and that kept me motivated. I started getting compliments from people around me, and I think it increased my confidence. I was also given detailed instructions on meal management. Of course, there were some who said, ``This is no good!'', but in my case, I received a lot of advice from a positive perspective, such as ``You should eat this!'' and ``This is great!'' , I hardly ever felt that it was painful. In fact, I learned a lot. I can't go back to my old eating habits. Also, most of all, the trainers were more unique and interesting, which made it easier for me to continue working!

    I attended the course for 16 times of 60 minutes. The recommended time is two months, but there is no strict time limit and you can attend according to your schedule. They also rent clothes, so I went there every time after work. I was having trouble achieving results with my own training, but with the help of dietary management, I was able to bulk up sufficiently within the time period. (+12kg increase in 2 months) The trainers are very friendly and give careful guidance, so you can finish your training with a high level of satisfaction (fatigue) every time. The content is very convincing as it teaches effective training for each body part in an easy-to-understand manner.

    When you tell the trainer that it's painful...tough...the trainer looks happy and increases the load. Every day, I am able to feel the changes in my body as I am pushed to the limit every time by a trainer who is good at praising me. lol In addition to training at the gym, you will also be taught how to train yourself for the rest of your life. Also, instead of just restricting your diet, you will be taught the magic of losing weight even if you eat your fill of healthy foods.     Since this was my first personal gym, I decided to use this one as it was reasonably priced and in a good location. Perhaps because there are many female guests, even beginners can exercise without difficulty. He is a knowledgeable trainer, so I am able to exercise in a healthy and fun manner. The protein made at the end is easy to drink, high in protein and delicious.

    I attended the course for 24 times of 60 minutes. There is a rough guideline for the deadline, but you can respond flexibly at your own pace. Although I didn't have a consistent exercise habit, I really enjoy going to every training session! The trainer always smiles and says positive things to me, and even when I look like I'm in pain, he smiles happily and gives me a push, lol. The 24 rounds were over in no time, and I was very satisfied with the results as they were shown in numbers! I’m glad I went!
