The
service
is
IT-enabled,
giving
the
impression
of
being
smart,
such
as
using
an
app
for
patient
tickets
and
using
a
machine
to
pay
bills.
When
I
consulted
a
dental
hygienist
about
my
sensitivity,
he
offered
to
provide
me
with
treatment
at
my
own
expense,
which
gave
me
the
impression
that
my
options
had
expanded,
even
though
my
previous
dentist
had
not
been
able
to
do
so.
He
is
also
good
at
sales
talk.
There
were
some
answers
where
I
wasn't
sure
whether
they
had
product
knowledge
or
not...
On
the
other
hand,
regarding
the
important
treatment.
A
male
teacher
helped
me.
(Probably
the
director)
He
was
an
energetic
person,
but
when
he
touched
my
mouth
during
treatment,
I
felt
it
was
too
forceful
or
rough.
The
area
that
had
been
treated
in
the
past
had
deteriorated,
so
I
decided
to
treat
that
area,
but
after
the
removal,
I
was
asked,
``Would
you
like
silver
(covered
by
insurance)
or
ceramic
(self-pay,
even
hybrid
inlays
start
at
40,000
yen)?''
I
was
surprised
to
receive
it.
The
dentist
I
went
to
previously
had
white
fillings
covered
by
insurance,
so
is
that
an
option?
When
I
asked
about
this,
they
explained
to
me,
``We
don't
handle
this,
so
you'll
have
to
go
to
another
dentist.''
Does
that
mean
I'm
going
to
go
home
with
my
teeth
severely
chipped?
When
I
told
him
that,
he
gave
me
an
unclear
explanation,
saying,
``The
clinic
doesn't
carry
it,
but
I
can
use
it
myself.''
(I'm
surprised
that
treatment
options
vary
depending
on
the
doctor.)
I
was
told
things
like
``Please
be
aware
of
the
risk
of
tooth
deterioration
and
cavities,''
and
I
received
treatment
for
that,
but
I
noticed
a
change
in
my
attitude,
perhaps
because
I
was
upset.
They
have
good
staff,
but
I
have
some
doubts,
so
I
will
reconsider
going
there.
