The
front
desk
staff
are
the
worst
that
i
have
ever
met
in
Japan.
1.
When
I
arrived,
there
was
no
one
at
the
entrance
to
assist
with
my
luggage
bags.
2.
When
I
finally
arrived
the
front
desk,
both
staff
did
not
even
bother
to
try
to
help.
3.
The
next
morning,
i
went
back
to
the
front
desk
and
there
was,
again,
no
one
at
the
front
desk.
4.
After
calling
aloud,
a
lady
responded
with
a
sound.
But
she
did
not
walk
out
to
the
front
desk.
5.
I
had
to
call
for
her
again.
Then
she
slowly
strolled
to
the
front
desk.
She
was
also
very
unwelcoming
and
unfriendly.
There
was
very
little
attempt
to
try
to
help
me
with
my
question.
6.
I
also
don’t
understand
why,
the
upper
terrace,
which
is
a
public
area,
is
open
from
11am
(and
not
earlier,
for
the
sunrise).
The
only
attraction
of
this
hotel
is
the
view
of
Mt
Fuji
(especially
sunrise).
But
they
don’t
allow
guests
to
the
upper
terrace.
7.
Overall,
I
think
the
management
needs
to
spend
more
time
improving
the
customer’s
experience.
Poor
service.
Unthoughtful
experience.
It
is
such
a
pity
and
a
huge
disappointment!
