数年前に新小岩のお店を利用させて頂いたことがあるが、こちら白井のお店はけんという名前で身構えていると良い意味で予想を裏切られることが数多い。
もう個人店、名前を変えた方が良いと心底思う。
テーブル上のポップに全ての真実が書かれていた。
サラダバーは隣のJA西印旛農産物直売所の協力があるそう。品数が多く、ベビーリーフも沢山の種類。
2種類のカレーはこれだけでランチ営業出来るレベル。ゴロゴロビーフカレーは通年、あとバターチキンカレー、他店のバイキングでは手を抜きがちなカレーですが、当たり前の食材をふんだんにそして実直に使用。
限定のガーリックバターライスがニンニクの芽も入り、美味。
パンの種類も豊富、バケットにガーリックバターを塗り、バルミューダのトースターへ。
ステーキ肉の質も結構良い。ソースの選択肢も多い。
トイレを利用したが綺麗、壁に吉岡里帆さんのポスター。
洗面台を人工芝にする工夫、真冬に体感28℃の室温は家庭用エアコンを大1小1の小部屋にぶち込んだおかげ。
高品質な食材と食べ放題で、若者からシニアまで全ての世代客層を取り込んでいる。
