Stayed with family including 4 years old. Our room has no bath tab and shower. It would be difficult with younger baby but we enjoyed the Onsen. Onsen and room was clean and fairly new for Onogawa Onsen (sorry). They provided private room for dinner. We enjoyed all the foods and tried original Sake which was super😋 Half private room for breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style, they have bread as well. Gyudon was good too! Salty Natto is also there! (Don’t put soy sauce it already very salty!) Shuttle bus to Yonezawa station starts from 10:30. We had reservations at 11:00 with Soba making and Painting-hawk, so we did not use the service.. まだ雪が残る3月上旬に伺いました。食事は個室になっていて、夕食米沢牛すき焼きかしゃぶしゃぶの小鍋を1人ずついずれか選べます。朝食は白米か牛丼を選べるのが面白いですね。小野川温泉は道中のバスアナウンス含めて、温泉むすめ推しなのかな。11時チェックアウトでしたが1時間延長1人1000円で受けてくれたのでバスの時間調整に助かりました。

小野川温泉は15年前ぐらいから 尼湯で入ってたので　熱いのは分かってました。　が泊まりでは中々出来ず今回初泊まりました。第一印象はホスピタリティある宿だと思います。 食事少なめプランにしましたが 充分の量でした。飲む人には ですが。朝食に牛丼が選べしかもお代わりまで出来る。 ガッツリ食べたんで腹持ちがよく昼飯も食べれ無かった。 残念と言うか不可抗力でしょうが　部屋にカメムシが尋常じゃない数いました。なんか臭いて場所には必ず居て　10匹以上はいました。まあ　自宅にも出るので駆除は慣れてますが 駆除しても駆除しても出てきてました。今年はカメムシ当たり年なんですかね。 後　温泉が近くない部屋だったので　お年寄りとかには大変かもしれません。階段登り降りと ただお湯は最高です。硫黄臭はするが白濁ではない　非常にいい湯です。　お薦め出来る宿です。

祖母の十三回忌法要と、母の喜寿のお祝いを兼ね、親族12名で宿泊させていただきました。 夕食時にはかわいいベトナムの仲居さんが、上手な日本語で先付からメインまで、しっかりと説明してくれ、年寄りの方言にも一生懸命お相手をしていただき、とても和やかに過ごすことが出来ました。 何より、お肉が苦手なものが１名いると事前にお伝えしたら、メインはもちろん、他のお料理そして朝食にいたるまで、しっかりとそれも特別感のない、何気ない対応をしていただき、本人も感激しておりました。 いい親孝行が出来ました(;^ω^)

Free shuttle bus to pick up/drop off at Yonezawa station. Will definitely stay again in this ryokan on my next trip to Japan.
