I have never left Gigi dissatisfied. The ambiance is perfect, the staff are friendly and most of all, they’re highly skilled! I like to give them just a little direction and let them run with their own creativity and I never regret it. I send everyone I know there because I know they’ll not regret it — they never let me down.

Pros: the pedicure was great. Nothing to complain about, the girl was amazing and she did a fantastic job. Cons: let’s get to the manicure :) i asked for gel refill and designs. The girl didn’t know how to do nails. The shape in each nail was different. She also tried to clean my cuticles with the tool used on my feet and I had to stop her and explain that this is obviously unhygienic and that I might get an infection. After she finished with the gel refill, we were supposed to do the design (which I found on the instagram of the place). That went very bad. She didn’t really know how to do it so we had to try again and again - and it was not done as it should be. On top of everything, I had to pay 150 extra for the design that was not properly done. I would not go back. I was charged for pedicure (cleaning and semi permanent) and refill of gel and design 660GH. It is a lot for the result I got.

Got my nails done here for my wedding week and they turned out great. Sadly didn’t get a great picture of them but I got plenty of compliments. Definitely would recommend this place!

First time doing my nails in Ghana as I have trust issues and take my nails very seriously….. But it was a really good experience. All the ladies are lovely, attentive and very helpful. They were able to save my nails, as three of them had chips in the sides as they were too long and allowed me to leave feeling brand new stepping into the weekend. My pedicure!!! Was A1!! It was done so well and the lady that did it was such a sweetheart! Also I was really impressed with how they use a disposable foot scrubber for each customer. I was also blessed with the pleasure of meeting Eunice who owns Gigi’, she was a gem! It’s so good to see women thriving in business (her jeans were dope too). I definitely will be a regular everytime I’m in Ghana.

Saturdays are for walk ins. I did pedicure then manicure with normal polish (non-Gel). Fabulosity all week 🎉🥰. The ladies work fast too! Impressed.

I needed a nail emergency ASAP and Gigi’s Beauty Bar provided exactly what I wanted. I was welcomed by Mary at reception and she was very friendly and helpful. Yasmin was the manicurist that did my nails and they came out great considering the mess they were left in by a previous nail bar. I will definitely be coming back here again. Thank you!

The customer service is excellent; and their natural nail care is TOP! I have been able to grow and maintain my own nails, no need for fixing any extension. Now that’s awesome! I heard about Gigi, I tried Gigi and it’s definitely true what they say - they’re experts in natural nail care 💅🏾

Gigi Beauty Bar is home to beauty. You're the reason customer service exists. I return because of customer service. If your work is good but customer service is lacking, business does boom. For that, thank you GIGI BEAUTY BAR for your customer service and wonderful art🎯 You are a gem in this game.

10/10 would Recommend!! They were really lovely and accommodating. I had shellac removal and French tip done on my toes by Ad3pa and had GelX on my nails done by Naa. The style was really simple, but so beautiful, would definitely go back! It was very clean and professional!

I came in as a walk in and the ladies at Gigi’s Beauty Bar were so kind and accommodating. I like my french tips done a very specific way but Charity (who did my pedicure) and Naa (who did my manicure) were patient and ensured I got what I wanted. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing experience! The staff are very attentive and the overall service was excellent, particularly from the receptionist (forgotten her name) and David one of the nail technicians. The salon is quite small but very well organised and arranged. It’s not possible to book ahead as it is walk-ins only and cashless payments, so do act accordingly. I also have to note it’s one of the only places I’ve visited in Accra that accept Apple Pay with no issue! I will definitely be back again.

It was really hard for my friend to convince me to go there but I was glad I visited GIGI for that self care maintenance. It was worth the hype.The customer service right from the entrance is top notch. The patience that was given to a newbie and a somehow difficult client like me was commendable. Now, the nail service was the climax of it all. I got exactly the service I wanted! No curve, no bend. The nail service was neatly done. They are very intentional about their service dears. I will just end by saying it was a great experience!

Had the best service from Adepa. Both pedicure and manicure. The treatment included a thorough scrup and massage, which was unexpected and extremely nice.

I recently visited Gigi for a manicure and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service I received. Firstly, the salon had a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly ,They promptly attended to me and asked me about the type of manicure I wanted. The nail technician who worked on my nails was skilled and took great care in ensuring that my nails were well-groomed. I appreciated that she took her time during the application process to avoid any smudges or bubbles. My nails looked stunning and the color lasted for a significant amount of time without chipping. Overall, I had a positive experience at Gigi’s .

I have been going to Gigi’s since 2019 and love love how my nails get down each time. I also like the fact that they take feedback and criticism well to improve on their service. Ask for Afia for your manicure whenever you go there and Felicia or David for your pedicure. They are the best!!!!!!!!

I have been coming to Gigi's for some time now and they consistently provide great service. All staff are always attentive, friendly and know what they are doing. They provide input on the services they offer and can explain what they are doing at each step. They also ask you after each step, if you are happy with the shape of the nail, color, etc., so that they can cater to your needs. The salon itself and all the facilities are always clean, which is appreciated. I especially enjoy the option to book an appointment, as the place is very popular and thus there might be some waiting when you walk in, which falls away with a fixed appointment. Lastly, the color and design options are extensive and always available, which I appreciate. The manicurists can do nail art, but depending on who you are with, the accuracy can vary, which has happened to me in the past. But when I addressed it in store, the situation was promptly rectified, which speaks to the great management and customer service of Gigi's and reconfirms my trust towards them. I am always happy to go back and can recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience getting their nails done; in a clean, nicely designed and friendly salon.

I’ve been doing my nails with Gigi Beauty Bar since 2018 which says a lot!! I love the lasting quality of their nail polishes and even amazing is the fact that their polishes are non-toxic. Their customer experience is amazing. I will definitely recommend them for best nail care in Ghana!
