Very good as a hotel and spa and nothing special as a kitchen. Well furnished and maintained clean rooms with normal baths. But the complex deserves attention - with the big rooms and the swimming pool, the spa center - for everybody who has decided to visit these historic places - Pliska, Madara, Preslav - this is the perfect choice to stay and enjoy.

The food and the rooms are ok, but almost nothing else works, the warm pool was at 20 °, the pool table did not work, the tennis table 2 fingers of dust, the darts did not work, entertainment for children - there is no except one slide and one climbing frame. I would not recommend .

Nice first impression. The food looks delicious though there is no much to choose from. Don't buy package better order what you want to eat. Expect a long waiting if you dont go early for the dinner.

Good point, well done..ever been though🙄 Very neglected and not maintained in the rooms. Service in the restaurant is indescribable... no greeting, no smile..., the kitchen is always served cold, no speed of service... no many other things. Will not repeat and DO NOT RECOMMEND! P.S. The packages with breakfast and dinner lack coffee or tea, they serve you a piece of pie /without ayrian/, dinner is pure meat without side dishes.

Prone to family scandals due to delayed or forgotten, cold order at a super price, no extras such as hangers for clothes or mats and blankets on the terrace, sanitary facilities not corresponding to the number of seats in the establishment (you wait in line for -,,00" - ), there is no children's corner or room given the number of teenage visitors. It made the impression that the staff is sometimes quite fast, unfortunately only when they serve the "patron", passing the waving customers from most of the tables and even when the hall is not full. The food, although cold, was delicious, for difference from service. Arm yourself with patience and nerves and boldly move forward.

The hotel and spa center are good. But the restaurant services are horrible. For first time I have seen the breakfast is finishing at 9 am and the personal have refused to bring more food. The breakfast was on block table from 8.30-10 am. The dinner dishes have been brought with very big delay.

Nice buildings. Poor or no service but okay food. The water in the pool is green and the frogs are very happy. It seems, they are not ready for the season yet. It's a shame.

Good place but the inside pool is with cold water. There was no bartender in the bar in the spa. The toilet in the room was smelling very bad. Otherwise the food and the service in the restaurant were very nice.

Good value for the money. Double room, dinner for2 ,breakfast and spa&sauna usage. Definitely we will come back. Good stop on a roadtrip.

Awesome place to relax. Very delicious food, very good service. Nice SPA with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi.

Horrible service! We sat down to have lunch, not having any expectations, however, we waited 30 minutes for someone from the staff to take our order.. and they never did. If you pass by it, simply move along.

A wonderful place to visit, see the museum of kirilllitza, have a rest in the spa, have a swim in the pool, taste good food or to have a party.

Most of the time there is no waiter. Most of the food is armenian.

Extremely disappointing. Nice place, but not well maintained. Rooms dirty, hot water a mirage, doors don't close unless locked. The indoor pool was icy, the restaurant was not commented on at all.
