Stunning. Amazing choices for everyone, vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, fantastic menu. Regional and locally sourced food, great regional beer, warm atmosphere, great service and pleasant guests. Can recommend. Also to stay in the Hotel. Does not give you any preferred treatment for dinner reservation so try to organise both ahead.

An overall very positive experience- highly recommended! Menu selection is regular size, but there is something for many tastes- even a very good vegan option, alongside the more traditional fish ans meat based dishes. Wine selection is also worth mentioning. Special mention must be made of the excellent service - very service minded and alert, friendly and fun! You can tell that the team works really well together! Absolute enrichment for the small town Hitzacker!

Nicole was an amazing waitress. Her commitment to the vegan cuisine and assisting us with our entree selections was appreciated. Nicole's friendliness was especially appreciated as our German is not fluent. Janneman's is fortunate to have Nicole.

20230729 Ein schönes ansprechendes und sehr gut besuchtes Restaurant mit bester Küche ... Tisch reservieren ist unbedingt sinnvoll. Auch einen liebevoll gestalten Biergarten im Innenhof gibt es. Ideenreiche Speisekarte, die auch für Vegetarier eine schöne Auswahl bietet, besonders lecker ist das Brot aus eigener Herstellung. Preis Leistung ist angemessen aber insgesamt etwas teurer €€€

Excellent food and service.

Wir waren heute mit 6 Personen das erste Mal im Restaurant. Schon im Vorfeld wurde ich bei der Reservierung aufs Herzlichste betreut. Heute wurden Wir nicht enttäuscht. Einfach Klasse.

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen mit 4 Personen dort Essen. Ambiente sehr schön vor allem der Außenbereich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war super lecker, alles frisch und ansprechend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
