    前日に買った商品を返品したのですがレシートもあるのに店員に感じ悪い対応をされた。マジで無愛想。 数年前には気に入った商品が売り切れだったので取り寄せをしてもらった時に、友人にもうひとつ買ってあげようと思い再度取り寄せをお願いしたら、店員に［もう、できないです、お断りします］と言われて、何処かへ行ってしまった。あの無愛想な女店員にはマジでブチギレしそうになりました。

    欲しかった防風パンツが安く買えました。 店内に沢山のものが置いてあるので、じっくり探すとめっけもんがあります。 サイズは大きめが多いかも。 ファストファッションのお店なので、お得に買いたいときは覗いてみる価値あり。

    しまむらは何処も品揃えは同じだと思う 駐車場は1階はいつも満車なので2階が空いています。

    久しぶりにしまむらへ しまむらは19時閉店なので、休日にいきました！ 気に入ったらすぐ買わないと、次回にはもうないです。

    小学生の子供が母の日のプ レゼントを買ってくれましたが、包装もなく値札もついたまま。小学生の子供が婦人物を１人で買っているのに、母の日のプレゼントですか？と尋ねないのでしょうか？ 子供だから適当な接客なんですか？

    グループ全体が、2020年10月からオンラインショップに対応したが、この対応は遅過ぎてあまりにもお粗末。 ただ、この店自体は、店員の教育や店内整理が一定レベル以上にある。品数が少なく感じることもあったが、この点はオンラインショップでほぼ解消できるようになった。

    店長代理、声が大きすぎる。他の人に聞かれたくない内容も大声で話すので恥ずかしくなりました。レジで他の職員へ教育しているのでしょうが言葉遣いがお友達のようで聞いていて不愉快。
