I'm surprised that there are doctors with such poor communication skills. First, I was suddenly asked to open my mouth without saying hello. What, can't you say hello? Not scary? Other people keep giving me 1's, and every time I reply, "I'll improve," but the results haven't improved, so I don't think there will be any improvement in the future. Whenever I ask a question, I get a lie and the phone hangs up automatically. It's the worst ever. People who go there should be careful. It may be best not to rely on the diagnostic results here. --------------- 2023/01/30 Seven months later, I received a reply as if I had just remembered it, but I was asked, "Including fact-checking," how do you fact-check something that happened seven months ago? Do you keep such records? Absolutely not. It's malicious that they keep repeating such "obvious lies". Please stop replying like you're doing something you clearly can't do. (Can you understand Japanese?) If by some chance you can/will do it, please provide evidence that you did it.

I don't understand why it's rated so high. The reception, examination room, and treatment room were full of luggage and filthy. Laser treatment was suggested to me without even asking me about my symptoms, so I became suspicious and when I asked him why he wanted laser treatment, he said, ``It'll give you immediate relief. It's covered by insurance, so it's not expensive.'' I wasn't worried about the cost though. In the end, no satisfactory explanation was given. As mentioned in the reviews of people with low ratings here, it is a forced examination. It's nothing but suspicious. The only saving grace was that the nurse (there was only one) was kind. There seemed to be only one other patient besides me, so I can understand why it's unpopular. I will never take care of you again.

On November 22, 2022, the Kanto-Shinetsu Health and Welfare Bureau announced that the insurance medical institution of the medical corporation Miyama-kai and Miyama-kai Clinic (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) had refused an audit regarding fraudulent claims for medical fees, etc. without justifiable grounds. The decision was made to cancel the designation. Based on the report of the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Social Insurance Medical Council. The effective date is November 23rd. In March 2018, the person suspected of providing medical care had his designation as an insurance doctor revoked. An investigation by the Health and Welfare Bureau revealed that the company had falsified test data for immunological tests for infectious diseases, repeatedly administered large amounts of unnecessary drugs over a long period of time based on groundless diagnoses, and had fraudulently charged drug fees. did.

I don't want to give even one star. I was referred by the public health center and went to get a PCR test. When I called in advance to confirm, a person who appeared to be the director came and told me that I could receive the treatment without an appointment, so I should just come in. At that point, I thought it was a great hospital. When I finally arrived at the hospital, I was surprised at how intimidating the older nurse was. When I asked him if he wanted to take a PCR test, he said, "Oh, that's not possible right now. Please wait over there." Isn't there another way to say it? It's not impossible, right? Afterwards, I heard patients bring in medical questionnaires and say, "Yes, please write this down," and I heard them complaining to someone (probably the director?), and when other patients asked if they wanted to use the restroom, they said, "Coronavirus... My partner was having a bad cough, and I was being treated with complaints like, ``I can't open it because of the weather, and you can use it, but I have to disinfect everything afterwards, but if you don't want to use it, go ahead.'' I was told things like, ``Hey, you have a really bad cough,'' and asked me to move somewhere else (in the end, I didn't go anywhere). Judging from other reviews, I felt like the director was getting worse reviews, but this time, this nurse was extremely unpleasant. I'm sure other patients are feeling uncomfortable as well. I understand that you are busy, but how about you at least use your words properly? Now that you're old enough, aren't you embarrassed to use words like that? This time I used it because it was close even though the reviews were bad, but I definitely won't use it again in the future.

The medical knowledge of the staff was inadequate and it was difficult to answer questions. Reliable information must be provided to patients.

Monster doctor threatening patients In October 2021, she was first diagnosed with pain when urinating after sex. I was suddenly suspected of having an STD and was asked to take a chlamydia test. It was my first time hearing about chlamydia, so I asked, ``Can I take some time to think about it?'' and she said, ``No, I'm not an expert. Just do what the doctor says.'' Also, I was told that I couldn't talk to his family about it, that I couldn't let him look it up on the internet, and that I had no choice but to accept his diagnosis on the spot. All negotiations were refused. This is now a threatening act. In the end, I didn't accept it and went home. The next day, I went to another urology department and underwent a routine urine test and treatment, and my condition was successfully resolved.

It was so bad that I was shocked and laughed. I understand that you are busy, but when I went to the reception desk, I was shocked to see someone I thought was a nurse yelling at the doctor, saying, "It's me! Why aren't you accepting me?" There was no alcohol disinfectant either. There was a temperature check. I was not shown to the examination room, and was placed in a chair 10 cm in front of the elevator with a stethoscope placed on me. The person next to me is also the same, and it seems that both men and women are examined in the waiting area. For some reason, the doctor's response was, ``That's why I'm telling you so,'' even though it was my first time hearing this information. The person next to me asked about the stay-at-home period, and his response was, "That's not my job, so I don't know that you said that." Nurses and doctors were answering incoming calls, but they told me, ``Please come back later,'' and I thought it would be better if they turned me down instead of yelling at me because I was too busy. .I felt that.

When I went to the reception desk, I was told that my insurance card could not be used due to various circumstances, and I would have to pay 100% of the cost. Since I was not feeling well and could not go anywhere else, I reluctantly agreed and went to see the doctor. As mentioned in other reviews, the medical examination took just 3 seconds. I thought I should just get some medicine, but when I went to get it, I had to pay 100% of the cost, totaling 10,000 yen. Well, I guess that's true...I paid the bill thinking that I wasn't feeling well and that it was enough, but I felt like it was something. I wonder if it's something...

I am very grateful to this hospital because it didn't take much time and everything went smoothly. Even if it's a little far away, you'll want to go here so quickly without a reservation. The teachers and nurses are very nice people. I was happy that he remembered my face and name even if I went once a month.
