(Translated by Google) First, raise prices frequently. I think it's because the management is getting worse due to the corona misfortune, but I'm going to pass it all on to the users. It was 9800 yen at first, but it's already 12000 yen. Was there an elderly person at the counter who confirmed that "the amount withdrawn has increased without knowing it"? Is it?" I respond. Don't expect quality staff. Secondly, users have bad manners. There are many users (especially the elderly) who do not wipe off their sweat after using the machine, and many staff who do not pay attention to it even if they see it. In the past, I served a corona patient at the Aswell Aobadai store, but the staff's awareness is completely low. Regular customers and staff are chatting for a long time even though they say let's stop talking. Third, locker rooms, studios, machine areas, saunas, and baths are all closed. In particular, the studio is closed and a large number of users share the air for a long time. Some people don't wear masks. The sauna has also become a place for elderly people to chat, and it's only a matter of time before it becomes a cluster again.

(Translated by Google) I mainly use it late at night, but anyway, the cleaning is not perfect. The men's restroom (under the urinal) has a ball of mold, and the water cooler has sludge-like stains. In addition, the shower room in the gym area is sometimes locked and cannot be used, and mold is growing and limescale is accumulating. We are closed every Thursday for cleaning and inspection, but are they really cleaning? Why don't you review the cleaning and inspection method of the facility once? PS.Some people bring in speakers and play music late at night, or invite non-members.

Rejoined after about 2 and a half years. My impression remains that it's not as bad as the reviews with such low ratings say. This past year, I've been going to the gym 24 hours a day. Comparing it, I feel that it's not as bad as the reviews say, with a sense of size, a pool, a bathhouse and sauna, and an expanded weight area. However, even though the machine area is open 24 hours a day, it is closed on Thursdays. The fact that alcohol spray and disinfectant sheets have not been removed is a minus compared to a 24-hour gym. Also, a 24-hour gym has the big advantage of being able to use other stores. Below are previous reviews. After this review, I canceled my membership due to the re-spread of the coronavirus. Since I'm likely to be traveling a lot eventually, I might consider switching to a 24-hour gym that allows access to other stores. ■Below are previous reviews I joined to try it out because they were running a campaign promoting renewal. Not only the interior but also the machines are new. Above all, I was so used to being in a 24-hour gym that I was surprised at how large the machine area was. Measures to prevent infectious diseases include equipping each machine with alcohol spray and restricting the use of every other aerobic exercise machine. I get the impression that many of the customers are very careful about their manners. I've been going there for almost a month now, and the staff are courteous and I've never had any unpleasant experiences (though I think they're a little lackluster for a sports club). I was worried because some of the reviews were quite negative, but I think that for a reasonably priced sports club, the facilities and programs are well-stocked.

Before the 24-hour service, I think the price was reasonable and the quality was fair. I remember that when I once made a request that it would be more convenient to take a bath later in the day so I could stop by on my way home from work, a staff member stopped me when I was about to use the room and listened intently to my opinion. It's good that it became 24 hours after that, but...I guess it was a bit unreasonable. Postscript: I went again because I was lured by the campaign and wanted to lose weight. Well, as long as you don't interact with the staff. The facilities aren't bad. Other than the cleaning lady, the staff members are basically athletic people, so I don't want to interact with them too much. I think it's good because I think the facilities are good for the price. Addendum 2: I think it's been about 5 months since I joined. I go there almost every day. Re-review. ・Anyway, I don't want to interact with the staff, so I'm sneaking around and being careful not to be spotted by the staff. ・Facilities It seems that some pretty bad reviews have been posted, but I don't think the bath sauna is that dirty. I mostly use the machine, but there are no particular problems. ・It's related to the sauna, but the water bath is relatively lukewarm. Depending on the time of day, it gets very crowded and even tepid. I switch my shower to cold water. ・Even though they claim to be 24 hours a day, they only have one day off a week + close early on Saturdays and Sundays, which is questionable. Addendum 3: On the way home from overtime, during self-service hours. There is someone in the shower and you cannot use it. An old man came up to me, and even though I wasn't even in line, he said, ``I'm next!'' ” and so on. Once people like that go in, they never come out. I gave up on showering, changed clothes in the bathroom, and quickly worked out. Afterwards, I took a shower at home. Does it depend on the time of day? Immediately after the self-service time started, I got the impression that it wasn't very crowded. Also, if you leave something in the bathroom, it will most likely be disposed of within the same day. I forgot my towel once, but it never showed up in the lost-and-found drawer. Since then, I have kept the amount of things I bring into the bathroom to a minimum. Questions about the management system for lost and forgotten items. It's okay to only write about the bad things, so I'll also write about the good things. It's nice that there are disinfectant sprayers and paper towels everywhere. This is something I would like to see continued even if the monthly price is increased if maintenance becomes a burden. Oh, I use it almost every day except when it's closed on Thursdays. Addendum 4: I've been going here for almost a year, despite some issues. Recently, there has been a clear movement to remove anti-coronavirus items. The management side probably wants to reduce work as soon as possible. The number of paper towels and disinfectants in the machine area has been reduced. Instead, reusable towels were attached to each machine. Although I am still consulting with my health, I am using it about 6 times a week. Once paper towels and disinfectants are completely removed, I will consider canceling my membership for sanitary reasons. However, are there any other good gyms around here? I go here because there is no gym that can answer that question. I wonder if a good gym will open and there will be competition. Addendum 5: I received a notice of price increase~! So here's a re-review. Overall price increase of about +1000 yen. Personally, I think it's better than having strangely poor policies. Apparently paper towels and disinfectant will still be available at the entrance, gym, etc.? I certainly don't feel the need to put it everywhere, and it's good because I can remember where it is and use it if I need it. Also, I'm glad that the card reader at the time of entering the museum has been replaced and made more efficient. There are no large spas and gyms like this around here, so in that sense it is a valuable store. It would be no fun for users if they could do whatever they wanted because there were no competitors, so I would like to see competitors join the game. Have there been any changes in users since the notice of price increase was received? At the gym, I basically play bocce and only use the machines, so I don't interact with other users, but I feel like there are more former regulars who I no longer see anymore. Also, be careful as there is a trap in the umbrella stand. There are umbrella stands that cannot be taken out once the umbrella is fixed, which is very troublesome. When using it, check to see if it can be used by opening and closing the door without an umbrella inside. Personally, I don't understand why the museum is closed every Thursday even though there is a self-use period. What is the +24 number on the signboard? (confused) If you want to take Thursday off, can't you just run it completely all day long? P.S.:6 Although I was disappointed, I started using it...about a year and a half has passed. Although I don't really interact with other users at the gym, I can feel the number of users changing. Lately, I feel like I haven't seen as many users as I originally did. Have you been focusing on improvement activities recently? There are many changes. A light-up feature has been added for face recognition at night. It's a simple thing, but in the past I often found it troublesome as it could take up to 3 minutes to authenticate, but now it seems like the authentication time has become relatively short. One of my dissatisfaction is that I think the museum is closed a lot. If there is a system that can be used by self-service, I wish they would not close the entire museum if possible... I've recently started using the pool, and I've come to think that if you use the pool every day, even the highest price is fine. If you only want to use the gym, I think Asu Well in Nagatsuta is better. I haven't used the parking lot, but apparently the affiliated parking lot will change. There is currently a parking lot a little far away, but what will happen in the future? P.S.:7 The sauna water bath was out of order so it was lukewarm. The pool was out of order and could not be used.... No, what's wrong? I'm in trouble. Therefore, as a temporary relief measure, it seems that nearby stores can be used during normal business hours, but to be honest, something is wrong. Is this a relief measure for not being able to use the pool? It doesn't make sense. It seems like the hair dryer in the shower booth is often broken at night. The management seems to be taking steps to deal with it and replacing it, but there's no staff there even if you go at night, so there's nothing you can do if it's broken when you go. Also, some people leave the shower booth at night with the changing room floor completely soaked. I have a paper towel so I can wipe it off in that case, but it's a pain. If you leave it there, people might think you made a mess, so you have no choice but to wipe it. The gym is still the same. P.S.:8 Lately, I feel like there are a lot of upright bikes where the buttons don't work. There is no particular problem in normal use, but it is a problem because it cannot be used when you want to calculate distance. That being said, that's about all I'm dissatisfied with at the moment, and I still go to school 6 days a week, depending on my physical condition. It seems like new umbrella stands have been added recently. I like using it because it has a lock that opens with a click and feels good. The on-site staff also seem to be working very hard, and I can kind of see that they are making an effort. Additional notes: 9 I didn't know much about it since I didn't use it that much, but it seems like the way to use the bicycle storage area is becoming more troublesome. Apparently it will be locked if you don't get the sticker. It seems that this measure was started after Meijiya went out of business. It seemed like a hassle, so I decided not to get a sticker. However, since Meijiya went out of business, I can no longer go shopping after going to the gym, which is inconvenient. I wonder if there will be a drug store or something like that. P.S.:10 When I got on the elevator on my way home from the gym, I saw young people in their teens saying things like, ``It's hard to pay the monthly membership fee. It's too expensive. I'm really worried about whether or not to continue.'' That's certainly true. I agreed with myself, saying that I understood that the price was quite steep. I use a blood pressure monitor every time, but for some reason some of the staff seem to turn off the power early before regular holidays, so I couldn't use it. Well, I've already written most of the information, so I don't think there's anything special to mention at the moment. Come to think of it, I was really happy to see that the diatomaceous earth mat in the nighttime shower had been replaced. The previous one had what looked like bloodstains on it, and to be honest, it looked a little strange. I was pretty happy with the new diatomaceous earth mat. Addendum 11: I still go there. Recently, when I compared prices with nearby gyms, the monthly prices have risen to a level that puts them in good competition with Gold's Gym in Machida. To be honest, I currently go to a gym with two options: ``It's in an easily accessible location'' and ``It's open even at night,'' so if a gym that is more attractive than that comes along, I'll go there immediately. Recently, the number of posts has increased again. It seems that parking bicycles in front of the elevator hall is now prohibited. I don't use a bicycle myself, but I do think it's a bit of a hassle to park your bicycle through an automatic door, and some people might actually find it inconvenient. I wondered why I had to go to the back alley to park my bicycle, and wondered if they should make it possible to park my bicycle on the main street. In terms of equipment, there are some machines that have been banned for quite some time and cannot be used. I have multiple machines of the same type, so it's not a particular problem, but it looks bad.

(Translated by Google) I've seen many times that I'm sick of it, so I'll post it. Some wife groups have personalized certain programs. The place I always use is used with my own face. The instructor does not take any precautions even if you speak loudly and densely until just before the program starts. A newcomer who came in without knowing anything arrived at the place in order, but a group of wives who were robbed of their usual place were bullying the newcomer. Unfortunately, there is also a group of wives at Aobadai who can handle such things for those who see them for the first time. The instructor is also desperate to take the number of people, so it is unpleasant to see that he is on the side of the wife's group. It made me very uncomfortable watching. .. Corona measures have not been taken, and there is a level that the instructor also draws. The web reservation program is recommended for beginners. They don't admit the foreigners that cannot speak Japanese. But it's ok I understand. But the unprofessional way the receptionists dealt with telling me that info made me feel bad. I don't know about japanese people but won't recommend this to foreigners even the people who knew japanese.

Due to the decrease in the number of members, cleaning is inadequate, and there are parts that smell and mold stand out, creating a vicious circle. I left because I was scared. (Translated by Google) It is open 24 hours a day, but please be aware that the regular holidays and the days before and after them are quite short. Facilities available at night are limited. However, in the daytime, I am afraid of infectious diseases, including the number of people with capacity. Also, it was heartbreaking to see many staff members with bad attitudes among the elderly. There were some gyms near Aobadai station, I joined because I was attracted to the facility with a large public bath and sauna, and because it was a good deal with the U30 discount. (I was mistaken, but the price is for U30 until he turns 31.) The sauna also has a hot setting and a TV, so you can enjoy your sauna very comfortably. However, the water bath temperature is about 20 degrees Celsius, so I would like a cold water bath around 15 degrees Celsius! ! The gym space is spacious, so it doesn't seem to be too crowded, and there is plenty of free space, and new equipment is scheduled to be added in the fall. If you look at the time, the bathroom won't be crowded, so don't worry. Please note that Nanoki is closed on Thursdays.

The staff is very rude to the foreigners. I am a member of the gym, but when I ask about the gym schedule during new year holiday in japanese (with the help of google translate), they response it with very unpolite manner. I also try to speak with my broken Japanese, but it still doesn't help. I understand that they cannot speak English, however they don't bother answering in polite way to a foreigner who are trying at his best to speak Japanese. Furthermore, they give a very misleading answer regarding the schedule, for the sake of simplicity. I knew this because I take a photos of a flyer in the end, and check the schedule again via google translate. In the end, it is pointless to have a conversation with the staff at all. I feel like they do not want to have a conversation with foreigner, and want to end the conversation quickly. It is too bad. A very nice gym and facilities, but the staff is very rude to the foreigner. I don't know if they treat other japanese people the same.

(Translated by Google) Thank you very much. It was a very good experience. I tried it as an experience for the treatment of diabetes. It's a great program. However, for some reason, eating and drinking was strictly prohibited, so I had to take it regularly to stabilize my blood sugar level, so unfortunately I ended the experience. I thought it would be a silent meal even with a corona vortex, but it's a rule, so it can't be helped. I will go to another sports club where I can eat and drink to stabilize my blood sugar level! Thank you for 2 months.

It's not only a training gym, but also has a lot of lessons such as basketball and yoga, so overall it's a very good gym! The only disappointing thing is that the shampoo in the bath is of the lowest quality. My hair hurts badly. If it wasn't for this negative aspect, I would have given it 5 stars. I would like the shampoo to be improved since the price has increased recently 🙏

Since the price has increased twice since the coronavirus, I feel that the situation has suddenly become more difficult due to the disappearance of ghost members due to the coronavirus. Currently, it's 13,200 yen a month for people over 30, so it's a pretty good price. For people in their 20s, it's about 9,500 yen, but if a 29-year-old is told that the monthly membership fee will go up by about 4,000 yen starting next month, they might think twice. If you just want to do muscle training, there are gyms nearby that are cheaper and have similar equipment, so I think it would be better to go there. If you are mainly looking for added value such as activities such as ball games and dancing, or saunas, there are no other options nearby, even if they are a little expensive. There is also a suggestion box, but it doesn't really work. It's a daily occurrence that no matter how many times you write the same thing, it doesn't get better. I wonder if you can afford to pay 13,200 yen for basketball, soccer, badminton, dance, and yoga. If you don't want to do that, Anytime or JOYFIT would be better. Fixed costs are important.

Most of the staff are rather unfriendly I think especially to foreigners. Some of certain people are definitely bothering u about every little thing and making their own new idiotic rules . Unfortunately cause the place of the manager would be changed to someone with more passion to serve others that place has a great potential due to its location and spa equipment. But I rather to go to smaller friendlier gyms with polite and well mannered stuff . Also they called police on me cause I said they are stressing me out to much all the time and I feel harassed but only thing I did was minding my own business and trying to work out to stress relief myself
