Okay,
reading
all
the
reviews
beforehand,
I
will
agree
the
staff
were
absolutely
wonderful
they
could
not
do
enough
for
you.
But
moving
on
from
just
the
staff,
there
were
severe
shortcomings
which
ruined
our
stay.
Firstly,
wanting
to
have
your
rooms
cleaned
at
a
reasonable
time,
I
feel
is
not
asking
too
much
and
only
when
it
got
past
2pm
on
our
third
day
did
I
raise
a
complaint.
It
seems
every
day,
the
time
got
pushed
back
to
a
point
where
it
appeared
unprofessional,
especially
as
they
had
no
other
reason
than
just
βsorryβ.
It
may
be
hard,
but
I
do
not
want
to
come
back
to
my
room
still
to
find
the
bed
has
not
been
made
or
the
room
cleaned;
added
to
this,
on
the
first
day,
I
informed
housekeeping
that
our
blinds
did
not
work
and
that
was
still
the
case
on
the
third
day.
It
seems
only
if
you
shout
and
complain
you
are
heard.
The
massage
therapists
were
wonderful,
but
the
lack
of
management
oversight
meant
that
while
my
wife
and
I
were
having
messages,
there
was
drilling
and
banging
in
the
room
next
door,
which
destroyed
the
ambience
as
with
others
who
had
booked
a
therapy
session.
Food
was
of
a
good
standard
and
so
was
the
general
cleanliness
of
the
resort
there
are
no
issues
here
however,
the
fact
that
when
you
are
on
the
beach
or
by
the
pool
service
meant
that
any
requirements
for
drinks
or
food
meant
you
had
to
go
to
the
restaurant
to
order
and
then
carry
it
back
to
your
beds.
Fellow
travellers,
if
I
were
asked
if
I
would
revisit
this
hotel,
my
answer
would
be
yes,
but
in
the
knowledge
that
services
and
amenities
may
not
be
what
other
4*
hotels
may
be.

note
that
the
staff
are
absolutely
wonderful.
