Worst
ever
welcoming
we
received
from
a
host.
A
few
months
back,
we
booked
the
whole
property
(accommodation)
for
2
nights
with
an
advance
payment
of
100k
for
our
annual
staff
trip.
They
sent
us
a
list
of
in-house
rules
and
regulations
together
with
the
booking
confirmation
which
is
a
good
thing
so
we
could
adhere
to
them
properly.
On
the
day
of
check-in,
we
didn't
even
get
a
chance
to
approach
the
front
desk,
the
owner
was
there
and
he
started
to
give
us
a
lecture.
He
repeated
the
same
thing
which
brought
us
all
a
headache.
"If
you
make
a
single
noise
after
10.30,
I
will
call
the
police
and
drag
you
all
out.
I
have
done
that
many
times"
he
was
so
rude
and
talked
so
highly
of
him
while
looking
down
on
others.
We
felt
so
sorry
for
the
general
staff
working
there.
They
have
done
an
amazing
job
from
the
very
first
inquiry
we
made,
so
we
all
had
good
thoughts
about
the
place,
but
the
host
himself
smashed
all
his
staff's
efforts
into
pieces
during
our
first
encounter
with
him.
So
we
cancelled
the
whole
booking,
took
a
refund
and
moved
to
another
place
where
we
had
a
great
time.
Communicating
in-house
rules
&
regulations
is
a
good
thing,
but
as
the
host
you
must
at
least
know
how
to
talk
and
show
respect
to
your
guests.
Those
are
basic
human
qualities
and
you
are
in
the
hospitality
industry.
At
least
learn
something
from
your
staff.
