This hospital is located in Kolatur...one of the fine and quality services provided by them....infrastructure is great and well equipped with all modern equipments...doctors were well experienced in a affordable price range...

They'll charge some random number as OP consultation charges. 600 in December and 1600 in February for the same Doctor. Lost the trust in the Hospital though Doctors and Infrastructure are good. An update, their team agreed over phone call that they made mistake in billing and balance 1000 would be refunded. And guess what 14 days since complaint raised and yet to receive refund. Have made about 20 to 30 calls so far without any use. Shameless help desk. Imagine their greediness in refunding just 1000 rs, the petty clinic in my Street corner would have happily refunded such amount without any thinking and earned trust and respect.

Completely money minded hospital. I was informed at my first visit as it's costs for normal delivery 48k and for C-section it would be 75k for my wife. By trusting their words, we went for 3-4 check ups. But when I took my wife for a delivery they gave me a estimated amount of 2 lakhs. When I was about to enquire with floor manager, he was not responding, instead he was talking personal things with the front office staff over the phone and asked her stay after her shift timings. Also, they are charging 5k for tests where you can take the same test for 700 rupees. Don't go to this hospital if you fee your baby is precious for you. Because they just see the baby as money. Worst hospital ever I have seen.

My regular gynaecologist is Dr.Amudha, she was the one who took care of my delivery and till day my gynaecologist. Developed multiple fibroids on my interior and posterior walls of uterus and left ovary which grew in the recent years. Dr. Amudha suggested me to move to Prashanth Hospital however, Mr. Abdul Shaji head of operation at Meridian hospital kolathur promised me better care at Meridian hospital. Mr. Abdul delivered what was promised and took great care during my admission and discharge. Very caring and helpful staffs, clean and neat facilities. Special thanks to deputy Nursing superintendent Ms.Mohana and nurses Ruthu and Aparna. Great support from the Dietician Ms Gayathri. Am happy with the care and efforts that Mr. Abdul and his team did during my stay at Meridian hospital, Kolathur. I strongly recommend this hospital.🙏👍🙏

First of all Good medical service and taking care of the patient. Worst insurance experience with,not considering the insured patients. Discharge given by the doctor on Jan 11,2024 but (receptionist) they made a silly mistake in the approval letter and delayed us till night. They(receptionist) don't even Intimating the further info's(queries) to us from the insurance side. Then they're convinced us to do it in the morning. All the further process were done. At last they included the excessive attender's food price. Moreover we waited for an hour. At last we discharged at the nxt day on 4.45pm Jan 12,2024. It took almost two days.Didn't gave a single hardcopy of hospitalisation bill because it comes under their protocol.

Had been there for a surgery for HS condition referred by Dr. Ramadevi. Overall clean and well maintained hospital. Hospitality was excellent. Well equipped hospital with all the required facilities and care. Nursing,staffs,house keeping were very supportive. They took very good care during my stay there. Very cooperative Doctors, who made their presence whenever required .Dietitians paid attention on my diet on daily basis. Small drawback is that the management can concentrate on maintaining adequate staffs that can avoid small hustles for patients during their stay. Special mention the nursing team and their heads/incharge who made sure for me to get the best care. I recently visited Meridian hospital for post operative consultation after my knee arthoscopy. Dr. Dinesh clearly explained the reasons for knee tightness and directed me to physiotherapy. The physiotherapists Murasoli and Sneha are fantastic and they helped me with exercises and stretches to increase my mobility. Their commitment to patient recovery and welfare is commendable and just after a week I feel so much better. They rigorously followed up on the exercises that they taught and ensured that I did right. I am very thankful to Dr. Dinesh and to the exceptional physiotherapy team. Highly recommended.

I brought my friend Surya to the hospital 2 days ago to consult gastro doctor.. I saw the front desk was busy so I entered into the nurse room they took me to doctor Kenny and then nurse brought my file to front desk, checked my entry to doctor... The women named Ashwini who is standing on the corner was like the incharge shouting at me like yell. Without entering the patient how can the patient enter to doctor room without entry in system... I was in hurry to meet my schedule doctor but she is shouting at me in front desk itself... This is way to treat patients idiotic behaviour. Pls don't visit this hospital worst service 😡

We came from overseas and were referred to Meridian hospital by Dr Kelly Robert. A team of doctors led by Dr Abdul Rahman and Dr Sharon Clement helped to diagnose my husband’s health condition within 2 weeks. They took care of my husband very well and were there day and night to diagnose the cause of his high eosinophils, which turns out to be a very rare condition. They were able to find the right treatment and now he is recovering well. We are so glad we came to India and were able to meet these amazing doctors at Meridian.

Another money minded hospital in city. Poor service by staffs, ward boys...... Unexperienced and unapproachable doctors. They got 90000 per day just for getting treated for my fracture.

SCAM ALERT🛑 I recently visited Meridian for my father treatment based on google rating. I am really wonder how they got this rating. This is one of the worst hospital I never seen in my life. They totally money minded and doesn't care anything about customer concern. They charged around 86000 for breathing issue of my father when other nearby private hospital charging 34000 for same problem two month ago.(Agree there is no such criteria should match same amount in both hospital, why I am mentioned this because treatment wise both are same 10 to 15 k variation is acceptable). They mentioned so many irrelevant charges in the bill and increased the total cost of the treatment especially for insurance customer. If we ask about the discrepancies and irrelevant charges they will rude not listen our point. My personal opinion please avoid this hospital if you are going to spend your hard earned money. Stay safe.

*** ⚠️ CAUTION ⚠️ *** We came here for pregnancy test and the doctor Sridevi refused to give abortion pills unless we operate for sterilization family planning. When I asked to write and give me the above she started to get scared , refunded the money and asked us to go somewhere else. Never agree for family planning they do it to earn money. They will destroy life of a women just to show authorities how many sterilization where done to maintain population. Always request in writing.

I gave 1 for many reasons yet Must give 5/5 to doctor, duty nurse and facilities. Department of insurance/billing is very worst and unorganized.. If you’re are an insurance holder and going for treatment please confirm reconfirm your coverage and package of the coverage, get estimated expenses details with counter at hospital insurance section. They will make you wait and waste your time and money for their gain - definitely not client (or) patient. My experience was really poor and they made me wait unwanted - although after being many follow ups from the time doctor advised for discharge. I do understand the protocols yet the staffs in billing/insurance was very poor, slow and impolite. Not bothered of the client they ensure the payment from Insurance is secured. I have to ended up Paying by cash and still waiting for refund. And hope got payment from my insurance. They have received approval for insurance and they denied not yet received and made our time wasted.
