I thank to the Hotel Holiday Inn provided excellent service and Fully hygiene rooms with hot water. The maintenance of this Lodge is pretty much good. This Hotel is located in Bagbazar in front of Agriculture development Bank. The welcome longue is fully furnished and arranged. Everything is fine here. This Hotel is couple friendly too.

According to price !! I don't recommend this hotel ; I found bed bug ; and serives is too slow ! Not good as they looks !! Staff at reception is rude ! So I gave 1 Star 🌟

This is not a "Holiday Inn" by any stretch of the imagination ! Gross location. And the "hot shower" and "air conditioning" are "being repaired" which is Napalees for, they do not exist.... Do not believe the photos, they are very misleading ! Try "Earth House" instead, it's nice for "budget" Kathmandu stays

Our experience here was great. The room we stayed in was decent and the owners/employees were very nice and friendly. We booked online and breakfast was included. Breakfast consists of toast with butter and jam as well as eggs and a drink (coffee or tea). There was some confusion on our part on the room we booked. The website was a bit vague and we thought we booked a private bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and found a solution that satisfied us.

If you are a solo woman traveller, opt for a room with attached washroom. I had booked a room with a shared bathroom in haste, but the staff was accomodative with my request to upgrade to a room with attached washroom. The room was comfortable. The location is a plus as it is very close to Thamel. The washroom was dirty and way too small. Also, there is no power back up so the lights and fan do not work when there is a power cut.

Bedsheets are not clean. Not all the staff but one particular guy was not helpful. (Kind of rude). I was about to give 2 star but it is not so expensive so 3 star. Hope they will focus on cleaning.

Great value for money. We found other hotels for the same price, but they were nowhere near as nice.
