Room is okay. There was no buffet breakfast, price is little bit expensive than service and quality. When I asked with your staff about buffet breakfast, she said that no buffet breakfast for that day. First check your system and reply me that was there buffet breakfast on that day? I have called to staff in a morning also about breakfast, but she said no buffet and ala carte only. First check in your system before reply on review dear boss.

I confirmed a room from their Instagram page (they even said there will be cancellation charge) but when I arrived at the hotel they said there wasn't any room available, the man on reception was rude too. Very Bad management 👎

Amazing place ! The staff is incredible. The room were great, the hotel is located on a calm street near the busy Thamel. The breakfast was good, but the highlight was the coffee, by far the best one I had in Kathmandu.

My stay at the hotel was great, clean room, good bathroom and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was also able to leave my excess baggage in the hotel while I went away on a trek for almost two weeks.

Stayed at Kathmandu Suite Home before and after my EBC trek, very satisfied with everything - hotel and room are clean and cozy with good toilet and comfortable bed, service is excellent the staff always have your best interests at heart, food offered here is great and the location is quiet (may or may not be what you're after but I liked the peace at night compared to a more central location). It is still within walking distance to most of central Thamel so I was happy with it. Definitely a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Kathmandu whether it is their first time or not.

Very new and clean hotel. And more than anything, staffs and their services are nice and professional! As we asked if we could take a short shower after checking out, they kindly let us use an empty room.

My mother and I are gluten free and we ate breakfast lunch and dinner at the hotel because the food was so good and they accommodated for dietary requirements. The rooms are very clean and extremely comfortable beds.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it left me feeling unsettled and disturbed. From the moment I entered my room, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. As I settled in for the night, strange noises began to fill the room - creaking floorboards, rattling windows, and unexplained footsteps. But it wasn't just the noises that made me feel like I was sharing my room with an unwanted guest. The air felt heavy and oppressive, and I couldn't shake the feeling that someone - or something - was watching me. Every time I closed my eyes, I could sense a presence hovering over me, and I found it impossible to relax or sleep. I tried to rationalize my fears, telling myself that it was just my imagination playing tricks on me. But the more I tried to ignore the feeling, the stronger it became. The hotel was rumored to be haunted by the ghost of a former guest who had met an untimely end. Overall, while the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, my experience was marred by the unsettling feeling of being in a room with a ghostly presence. If you're someone who is sensitive to paranormal activity, I would advise against staying at this hotel.

Very friendly and kind staff. Security man in front of the hotel. Many options of breakfast such as Indian and American styles. Room is clean, hot shower, AC and nice balcony. Room service is good too. We ordered food delivery and asked for plates and cutlery, kindly let us use. Had amazing stays with amazing hotel team. I’d like to stay again. Thank you!

I stayed here after a trek to Everest Base Camp and the Cho La Pass. Location is excellent. You are in Thamel, but outside the chaos of the main streets. The service is excellent. For my reservation, breakfast was included and it was buffet type. I think it had a good selection from a western breakfast expectation (fruits, protein, carbs, coffee, among other foods). The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. The wifi is also good. If looking for a nice hotel in Kathmandu close to Thamel, I can recommend this place.

Rooms were very average ,lack of maintenance, toilet pans falling apart ,no shower curtains So water was all over bathroom floor after a shower. Heard other guest complaining about bed bugs in their room Staff were helpful on a plus note Great coffee for Breakfast .

Quite cozy, there is everything you need in the rooms. With air conditioning. About 2min on foot from Thamel, good location. Breakfast buffet is quite standard. However, we found about 6-7 cockroaches in our room during our 2-days stay

The hotel and the rooms were very nice! However the most important part is the people running it. Hari and Himal are both extremely friendly and are great at organising trips, especially trekking. They even called us a couple times during our trek to ask if everything was fine. Everything just worked so well (sightseeing, pickup at airport, trekking, communicating with guide etc.) So long story short if you plan on going trekking in Nepal do yourself a favor and start your journey here!

Team members look very happy all the time and providing the best service possible. They even kept my lost phone for 10 days till I came back from trek. You can definitely trust these wonderful people. Rooms are cozy and super clean with very comfortable beds. Location is absolutely amazing as it's in a quiet area (with great view from balcony), but if you walk for 3 minutes you are in the middle of Thamel live street the touristic hub. Bus station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And don't forget to visit a Tibetan restaurant nearby for delicious Momos and soup. Planning to stay here again for my next trip.

Not a good stay at all. Staff and management were very rude to us. One of the staff was very annoying. Just to get one extra glass for a room they charge you 100rs per glass. Bathroom flush doesn’t work as well and there is no hot water facility as said. Hotel food was too oily and spicy. I don’t really suggest people to stay here.

Home sweet home!! Nice room with comfortable bed! Reception service is good even if we check in very late due to air traffic. The boss is nice too!! We have our early breakfast box before going to our Trekking, and They let us having a good and hot shower before going to the airport. Will definitely book this hotel again!

Only place we stayed at in Nepal that had the perfect shower with the ability to properly adjust the temperature. The rooms were very comfortable with good heating in winter and strong power for charging our devices. Right in the heart of Thamel you can just walk to any of the major temples and shopping in Thamel district. Lots of good food nearby but also the food at the restaurant was pretty good. Breakfast was buffet on some days and some just to order. We opted for just simple things like porridge and eggs with fruit but full American or Indian breakfast are available. The staff and owner were very friendly keeping our bags for us and helping with drivers and guides. Decent tea here and good milk. Reasonable price given the area so I would recommend for anyone who’s wanting to be in the area but something nicer than a simple hostel

Stayed here for a day. Suite room was very spacious. Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast. It is situated at narrow lane but very well connected. You can get taxi anytime.

We travelled from Chitwan to Kathmandu this hotel is best for couples and family. The owner and staffs were so friendly they even provide you medicine in your need. Food was average need to bring changes in Biryani . Love to visit again ❤️

Hands down the best place to stay around Thamel area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant offers authentic Nepalese cuisine and the rooftop view seals the deal. Highly recommended!!!
