Comfortable rooms, lovely place. The host is really helpful and warm. The host has a cat too. Airport is five-ten minutes away. The pashupati temple is pretty close by too. If anyone is interested in drinking the local rice drink called chang, there is a tiny store right outside run by a lady.

Hostel is worth staying. The hostel rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are clean and the staffs are also cooperative.

It is the best girls hostel in the valley. Obviously not like home but is better than all other girls hostels in the city, both hygiene- and food-wise. The owner (Mam) is so sweet, understanding, always ready to listen to us, improvises things when there is a need for improvement or maintenance, and is so down to earth. The other staff are also good.

Rigel girls hostel is probably one of the best in Kathmandu. Its facilities and food are impressive with modern and comfortable settings. The staff are friendly and cooperative especially Sazae di, providing a welcoming and homely atmosphere. Highly recommended!
