We booked some rooms for a night and we loved it. Firstly it's very rare to find a place like this within the valley. The space is limited but silent. The staff and owners are super friendly and hospitable. It's recommended to order food preference in advance if so that the team can plan accordingly.

Had to stay here due to some urgency. Better place. Rooms were better and service was awesome. Was in hurry so no idea if the price I paid had free breakfast or not but without breakfast the price is expensive.

Makes sense why this place gets a 5/5. If you’re looking for a homy, cosy feel to your Kathmandu stay - this is a top choice. Quiet cottages, clean and incredible kindness from its owner and staff - you’ll even forget that it’s not in the city centre. Overall 10/10, see myself coming back in the colder months, such a vibe!

Quiet and serene bed and breakfast place in Kathmandu. Small but very peaceful.

Not a classic hotel. İt is like a house. You can sit outside and drink your beer under the rain with out getting wet. Very clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Hot showers. Super coffees. Cold beers. Prad is a very kind and helpful man with a wonderfull English. He never gets tired to tell you the Kathmandu.
