Excellent service with neat and clean room. The rooftop restaurant was excellent with a excellent view of kathmandu. I find this hotel is valued for money. Staff as very helpful and professional. Love hotel palazzo will be stay again.

Wow! I just love this hotel with a morning view of swayambhunath temple delicious food especially morning breakfast. I found staff were very professional and hospitable. They help me a lot to find out my direction to go. Overall, excellent you will love and it’s value for your money

Worst experience, lady (receptionist)showed the room, it was deluxe as per her. No hot water supply, couldn't lock the main door...back door doesn't have lock. We went there by checking review but couldn't get as per review. Bathroom...too small. We had a plan to stay for two more days but stayed for only night.Never check in again.

Hotel looks great but there are few things to short out: Noisy around the hotel . Mosquitoes 🦟 🦟 are flying inside the room but no mosquito net available . wifi net is very slow.
