We had an amazing stay at this hotel and ended up staying for 5 days. It is located in a calm area close to Thamel. The rooms are very clean and complete. The breakfast was really good and Sunil is really kind and helpful and will do anything to make the stay even better. If we are ever back in Kathmandu we will definitely come back!

Really good hotel ! Really clean, the beds are comfy, the owner is really nice and the breakfast is good. One of the best hotel we had in Nepal for this price.

Centrally located and a very warm and hospitable manager/owner. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was on point. Much recommend. Most importantly fairly priced.

We had a very pleasant stay at Down to Earth, Sunil was extremely helpful and lovely. Our room was clean. Located in the hussle and bustle. Sunil helped organise our taxis and anything we needed. Neat and clean place

I book the room for 4 days and I really like the ambience of the hotel. It’s clean and quiet location. If you are kind of outgoing person this place is perfect for you. In walking distance is all the amenities and nearby thamel is walking distance.

The hotel rooms offer a serene and cozy ambiance, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom.
