The ambient is amazing to enjoy the food and chat with the owner who is a really nice guy and will help you out with anything you need. I would definitely come back!

The best momo in Kathmandu! We tried the chicken and buff momo and they were both delicious. The service is great and very friendly. The price is unbeatable. The momos are very flavorful and fresh. The establishment is clean. Definitely recommend Ghyaru to stop for a quick bite while you’re in Kathmandu.

I wanted to take momos to another country and I wasn’t sure if I should take them frozen or fresh! These amazing guys gave me the best advice and not only were they affordable but they were super fresh and tasted amazing, even after an unexpected extra 3 hours in immigration. They even delivered them to me in my hostel before my flight, before opening hours, with a big smile! Thank you guys!

I have visited Ghyaru a few times already and I recommend it to all my friends and family. They have, hands down, the best, juicy and authentic mo:mos in Thamel. The service has been nice and personal every time I have been here and the place is kept clean. I drooling as I am writing this review and cannot wait to go back again, especially for their buff mo:mos.

Loved the food! I would always fail to explain the taste of authentic manangey momos that I grew up eating but ever since I had the momos here, I can safely say it tastes exactly like the one I grew up eating and that too for such a great price point amidst all the pricey restaurants in Thamel area. Ghyaru manang momo restaurant serves the best manang momo in town, and their momo is incredibly juicy. I highly recommend trying them if you’re a momo enthusiast!

I have a lot of favorite momo places but currently, this cosy little restaurant is my favorite by far. Buff momo is my favorite here, it's an explosion of flavors. What makes Manang momo especially different from other momos is its texture and taste. The meat is hand chopped, hence the momo has a different texture and their use of generous portion of bone marrow gives the momo a different taste. The insanely rich achar which I saw them mix over 15 spices and vegetables also makes it taste pretty unique. I've had them everyday for over a week now.
