Very
unprofessional
attitude.
Did
a
booking
from
esewa
but
later
esewa
called
to
cancel
as
“they
don’t
have
enough
rooms”
yet
no
contact
from
hotel.
Later
we
left
a
comment
stating
this
inconvenience
as
no
alternatives
was
offered.
Then
we
got
a
call
from
the
hotel.
Yelling
at
us
stating
they
are
not
in
the
wrong
so
why
did
we
leave
the
comment.
We
calmly
stated
that
we
were
just
frustrated
that
hotel
didn’t
contact
us
at
all
as
we
could
have
booked
again
with
different
dates
or
different
type
of
room.
He
started
raising
his
voice
again
stating
did
we
cancel
it
ourselves
or
esewa.
He
had
no
manners
at
all.
So
glad
we
didn’t
stay
with
them
and
never
going
to
as
well.
