Just wanted to see what the casino actually looks like. After watching the roulette game. I played that game and it was very interesting. After losing my money, I took dinner and came back to the hotel with my friends 😂. You will need to carry your ID card with you for entry. Clicking pictures is not allowed in the casino. Overall nice experience.

Extremely disappointed with the venue, game choices, customer service and food quality. This is the worst casino I have ever been to and should be avoided like a plague. There are only a handful number of table games and slot machines. Entry fees cost NRS 3000. Employees in the game floor were not helpful, outright rude and were openly mocking customers in the native language. Restaurant is located in the 2nd floor but they do not advertise or let customers know about it. They didn’t offer any food or snacks in the game floor. Restaurant employees were awesome. The casino do offer free shuttle to anywhere inside Kathmandu but wasn’t offered to the customers. The venue is not smoke free (despite ‘no smoking’ sign).

Worst experience. The staff is rude, denied to serve the food. Also, they closed the snacks at 7.30 pm only. I took the premium package and they didn't offer me any good service. I fought with them as well but no response. Food buffet is not at all tasty. Fish was fine but all the vegetarian food was not at all satisfying. Wont recommend this to anyone.

I don't know why anyone would even visit this casino, the dealers and supervisors are hungry for tips. If you expect tips you should provide exceptional service and attitude in return. When you order food and beverage it takes years or never show up. Advance entry charges required when entering, no other casino has that policy. My advice to everyone reading this and planning to go to this casino is to not even think of going there. All the staff are rude and mannerless. The managers and supervisors are no better, they are just as bad.

Do not come to this casino. It is a complete scam. They have a first time player package in which you pay 3000 for “one time chips” and few beverage coupons and horrible buffet. What they don’t tell you that these one time chips don’t give you any winnings. All games have weird rules for first timers for eg in one roulette table you can only bet on red colors, 1-18 and even. And in other table you can bet in black colors, 19-36 and odd!! No casino has such obnoxious rules. When we pointed this out to management and asked for refund because we weren’t told of these rules. Then they started giving us attitude that you are stupid and don’t understand terms. Absolutely horrendous management. I will never come back here. Also the casino is really sad, it’s just one mid sized banquet hall.

Ambience is nice. Gaming options are limited We visited in September. So very less crowd. Few rules are very pathetic. For eg the all in rule here is very weird. So a player with bigger stack of money at table suppress a smaller player. Better to clarify rules... Compared to goa, a small space and less lively. .the owner is quite friendly and supportive. Haven't been to other casinos in town so cannot compare much. Not worth if u are specially coming to nepal for casino from india. Goa is far better with better rules.

I cannot give less stars than this, but this place deserves negative stars rather than even 1 star. They are just there to suck money from you by every means possible. They gave us wrong information at the gate, took 3000 NPR per person at a very bad exchange rate and when we complained after our first game, they refused to give us the money back based on stupid claims that we spent more time here. And to play with your one time chips on the roulette is a joke. There are so many rules which you only realize when you sit at the table. Don't go here! It's not worth the money. We had a horrible experience.

Wish there were a negative star to give. A complete ripoff. Worst casino you can ever go to. Try playing black jack and see the controllers calls on to the dealer to stop pulling even a card is pulled from the deck. Management are the worst, they will come-out with stupid unreasonable rules just to protect what they ripped out of you. Unprofessionalism at its best. What a waste of joy and money.
