Worst isp provider in nepal. Offline for days at times. Customer service will say will get back to you within a day....but they never do....they don't care ...save your time, money, and peace of mind ....ditch these *$$holes.

Worst isp in the whole of Nepal. More than half of the time the internet is extremely slow. Not reliable for work or any productivity. I have been using them since more than 2 years, and i can't believe it has taken me this long to switch. Any other ISP is better than Subisu. Take it as a warning, DON'T CHOOSE THIS ISP.

Fraud and scam They are running scam. If anyone is planning to take their service than please dont. They don't refund your deposit amount which you pay in time of installation. I was user of Subisu, they insisted me to return device and it will be reimbursed within a month but its been a year they didnt reimburse device deposit we pay while doing installations. Very very poor service and claim they are best internet service provider.

I understand the importance of reliable internet service, especially in today's digital age where everything is connected to the internet., not satisfied with the SUBISU internet service due to its instability and poor bandwidth. A reliable internet connection is essential for both personal and professional use. Unstable internet connectivity can cause a lot of inconvenience and frustration, and it can negatively impact productivity, communication, and entertainment. I hope my experience with Subisu has a lot of frustration and inconvenience, and it is essential to let others know about my experience so that they can make an informed decision. I regret to say that my experience with SUBISU internet service has been disappointing. While I initially installed the service in 2007/8, I have found that the internet connection has become increasingly unstable over time. Additionally, the bandwidth provided is consistently poor, making it challenging to work or do basic online activities. Unfortunately, my interactions with customer service have been equally frustrating. Their robotic dialogue and lack of follow-through are particularly concerning, and I have not received the level of support I would expect from an internet service provider. Overall, I cannot recommend SUBISU internet service. I have given the service a 1-star rating due to the issues outlined above, including the lack of reliable connectivity, poor bandwidth, and disappointing customer service. I would encourage anyone looking for an internet service provider to consider other options that prioritize stability, speed, and responsive support." The service is good but internet speeds is average

I had a history of using subisu Internert and TV services for 12 years. They are increasing their packages every month 70 mbps and so on but the interesting thing is my 2019 model nokia router used to give me only 12 mbps and not more than that. I asked them to change router and they brought a faulty router that was restarting every 1 min and they field guy socks was so smelly my room was fillled with that disgusting smell.

Worst Worst Worst internet ever, I had to call every day to tell them to turn on their network so I can work peacefully but no they only tell you everything is fine here, blah blah.. whenever the the due is coming they call you without any hesitation like hey mam, it’s time for u to pay the bill in advance, sometimes even offer you for their disgusting net service but after that oh god! The whole month, the internet is on and off, sometimes doesn’t even work at all and it’s been a week the internet is not working, and the fraud over there was telling me, everything was okey.. Every time, I have to spent my money by calling them, sometime, doesn’t even pick up.. And other most bizarre thing is, I can only use my Instagram other apps like YouTube and all it doesn’t even open up because the server say there is no internet connection.. are they scamming us by taking our money in full and then sending the network 10 out of 100.. (you guys should shut down ur internet service… thag haru)
