He is just looting the tourists. We went for darshan of PASHUPATI NATH from haridwar. I have travelled many hill stations but never found such creepy people as in kathmandu. Can you believe he charged Rs. 175 for 4 puri sabji, Rs. 40 for a samosa, Rs. 30 for a chai, Rs. 25 for a water bottle. Although the whole Nepalese are looting the tourists. I don't recommend you to visit this place. If you are fond of scenic beauty you may better visit uttarakhand.

I request each and everyone, please don't go to this hotel even mistakely. First they will welcome you very politely. After you finish and go to pay he will charge you very high cost. Local says police are in their side because the eat for free and give these looters security. I highly recommend not to go there. If you are really strong ang in gang then its okk you can beat them if they try to charge you high. Its better you go busy hotels where there are lots of customers. This hotel usually seens empty because local knows their fraud trick. I asked 2 plate samosa and they said 40 rupees. After finishing , I went to pay bill then he calculated and said me rs 375. And I refused and rudely said you ate then you have to pay ( Khaye pxi tirnu prdaen tw) very rude. I thught to give him punches but I couldn't it was my first time in Kathmandu. So please don't go there . 1)At first very polite, after finishing very rude behaviour. 2) First they say less service charge later comes to highest. 3) Almost empty because locals knows their habits. Everyone I warn you not to go there. It will be better if you visit new places :- 1) If you want to eat , get it packed. Easy to refuse. 2) Visit the crowded hotels , you can get public support. 3) It will be best if you are in group 4) The one who is POLITE at first will be RUDE Behaviour at time of payment. Save yourself from the worst quality food. We ordered roti which was rock solid, the waiter did nothing. I went to the counter and spoke with the owner who was apologetic.
