Awesome food and hospitality of COZY HOLE IN THE WALL. The food was really good and in a pocket friendly price. The Moroccan-born server behind the bar was pleasant, friendly, and got to know me by sight. I only tried the chicken and cheese pizzas, but both were generous in portions and hit the spot. Hard to find (you just might walk right past it), but worth a visit at least once. It was super relaxed and brilliant place to visit. SwaRaaj ®

I love this place. A few younger local Nepali guys running the show with a true appreciation for Western rock and Rusta values. The top floor became a regular hang out for me, I met some fellow travelers and other Nepali people. Great spot! Oh and the coffee is 10/10 😍

No it's not an ATM ha ha ha it's a tiny little bar where you will lose all track of time whilst enjoying your drink. Friendly place which is easily missed if you do not look. If you go in for one drink I'll guarantee you have more lol. Great music, really friendly guy running it I cannot say much more

My go to place in Thamel.

Nice music and good food available at reasonable rates. The first floor has a normal seating area, while the rest have low-rise tables.

The Secret Place in Thamel but a Must be on your pub crawl! Lovely staff! Good prices! We will miss that place and surely return when again in KTM

The smallest bar I think I have ever been in. Precarious steps await you, so don't over do it. Fun drinking atmosphere, nice staff. Close to many of the guest houses and hotels in Thamel. Worth the visit for the experience!

Hi all! I am currently sitting in the great hole in the wall bar, drinking beer and chatting with the owner. It’s an amazing place, cool blues music, and amazing Atmosphare. I stayed in Kathmandu for 2 weeks already and this is the best place so far. So highly recommend you to come here. One thing to keep in mind for you - it is 60 m away from the spot on the map. They are about to fix it. Search for „eco cafe and eatery“ and this bar is right near to it. Cheers!

I found the bunch of hippies inside this place. It is divided in 3 floors and is very small. People you'll find here are mostly high and stoned. They will be playing music or chit chatting with other expats. It's a place to meet different people around the world and share your experience/stories of Nepal. We were there for couple of ours and we had good time talking to Belgian couple. I don't think they serve food as I didn't see any waiter around and drinks are also not that great. So it's def. Not the place for food and drinks.
