Food is good ,the outdoor ambience is lovely indoor ambience needs little bit better arrangement . Service is good but i felt the price slightly higher than same type of lounge in Baneshwor. Best to go when there is live music

It was nice but, service was poor, they brought our food item after 1 hr but that order was not also ours. I think, they need to increase employees and can provide better facility in future. Looking forward 😊

Best place for hangout but not that level.

I was there for my friend's birthday celebration. Lovely ambience, delicious food and friendly staffs. We had buffalo wings, chicken chilli, chicken biryani, aaloo sadheko..loved all the dishes. However, I see the need to train their staffs in serving customers. They were not picking up the plates and used napkins on time. Table looked messy afterwards. Usually staffs in other restaurants clean up the table time and again. Apart from food, their bathroom was a total mess. It was dirty and smelling bad. For a restaurant which is investing in its infrastructure and food, they should really work on keeping clean bathroom.

Location of the place is very prime just behind the BICC, you can het taxi from here and to here almost any time with out any problem.Live music was so good, artist were best. Environment is family friendly, just grab your food seat listen to music and relax. Food was very higenic and taste was good. Staffs and waiters are polote, well trained. Seats are good cozy and plenty and there is a rooftop restaurant too!

I called to order a chicken sizzler around 6:45 or so, and the person on the other end of the line informed me that the cook wasn't available at the time, but that the order could still be processed after 30 minutes. I replied that I would be there at 8 pm, which would give the cook enough time to prepare the food. Before 8 o'clock, I called to ask if my food was ready and was told it would take an additional 10 minutes. I said okay and then at 8:15 o'clock, I called again and was told the same thing: 10 minutes. I then went directly to the restaurant and asked about the order, to which they replied that it hadn't been registered yet. Even though it is already 9:00 and I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes, my order is still not complete. DISAPPOINTMENT. Unprofessional 🤬🤬

The food was reallly expensive and the seating area inside were abit old but the seating area outside was very good. The service was 10/10. They let us stay really late and were always there for any needs.

The view is very eye catching at night from the balcony. Enjoyed the music and the staff member especially Simran was very kind and looked after us frequently

Location is great. But food is average. service need to be improved. They need training. We ordered 'Biryani' but later they canceled. Overall great place but need much more improvement.

Great place to hangout. Food quality can be improved. Sandheko momo was a bit too messy. Momo was just too soft and mushy.

0 level of service and ambience. no privacy. Lack cleanliness and hygeine. lack of trained staff. disgusting toilets. Kitchen staff were not using gloves as can be seen from where we were sitting. Its entrance is exactly inside the water tank (pani tanky). It has parking space for both two and four wheelers which is convenient for customers. The restaurant is on the top floor with indoor and outdoor seating. Most of the dishes (main course and spaghetti) were delicious but in the pizza the crust at the end was quite hard, which could be an area of improvement. The service was good and well managed. Wifi available but was slow. The atmosphere was okay.

Love the drinks especially blue jasmine and the foods were very good and well presented. All the staff members are really humble and Simran was very good in work. Really appreciated.

Overpriced water bottle. Food is okay. I would suggest not to try their pizzas. Way too greasy, bad topping, base is more like biscuit rather than being soft. Also, they have the hidden charge that you will see in your bill during payment. That is 10 percent service charge which is not mentioned in their price menu. It is so absurd for restaurants to charge a service fee. They are meant to serve the food for the price customer buys, not charge them extra 10 percent for serving. I think customer should know how much they are paying before they order food.

Good Food with Music but a bit expensive.

The place was just okay. Music was too loud and especially if you are sitting on the first two rows. The outdoor sitting is too cold during winter nights so it's like either sit in cold or tolerate the loud music. Other than that ambience is nice and food is also not that bad.

It was my first visit with a couple of friends, and I loved the rooftop view of the ICC complex and Baneswor, which was lush with greenery, as well as the delicious food and helpful staff.

The environment and the view is nice. Waiters are not on time. I gave order for less spicy but the food was spicy. Waiters must come often after giving food and drinks to ask if we need something but they didn't come. I called and request for bill. I suggest to have wifi QR code on the table or in written form with Menu.
