Today I ordered chicken wings and nuggets for takeaway and told the cashier to be extra careful with the sauce which costs Rs.40 separately. Guess what, by the time I reached home the sauce is all over the bag and the bucket the empty. They placed bucket over top of one another to put the sauce. Thats really stupid.This ruined my first experience with kkfc. The sauce dripped on my important papers as well. Worst packaging

Had Crispy burger (chicken), proportion of meat was good, the patty was crispy and flavourful, same thing with fries flavor-wise. The size of the fries was small for the meal price as with the drink. Bun was extremely airy and disappointing. Customer service was very much lacking. Robots here are only for decorational purposes, please put them to use just for recreational purposes, children will be happy.

Robots serving food sounds amazing but is not. The serving is slow with the robots. we should appreciate the new technology and concept but it is not ready. the food is all right. the quantity of the food is much less than is rivals hope they improve the food and quantity

Such a lovely place to munch on... Despite of a few negative reviews around here. I assume they have well-maintained their outlet and provide such a pacifying service to their customers with many opulent snacks options to choose from. Most importantly, I was intrigued by the way they treat their customers.

The food was good but a little less than our expectation. We had high hopes of getting served by the service robot as they show in Paradygm TV's Ad but there was only one robot at door which was not functioning. It would have been a different experience for us to get served by the robot and we actually went for this place hoping for it. There were actually people serving us 🤣. KKFC, Please fix your robot or get a new one. Some of us want them to deliver our food😉. Got no problem in people serving the food but robot looks cool 😎. Besides this the Burger and Chicken popcorn was quite good but it could have been better.

I really like the quantity of the food they served, much more than KFC. I like taste of the food too. Waiter robots are working. They will serve your food with robot if you will ask them to. I found ambience of this establishment quite dull.

Slowest service i ever experience in a fastfood. Ordered krispy burger box and krispy wrap box; outlet have like 3 table of guest all are waiting; while asking about my order the girl on the counter says "TIME LAGCHA NI BANAUNA".. okay i got it but you guys are fast food resturant.. and i got my order after almost 50 minutes of waiting like seriously disappointed

Please don’t sell the double trouble burger if you are in shortage of the cheddar cheese.. Even after complaining about it many times before..still experiencing the same issue ..Its just a kind request not to make the customer fool.. You just can’t put the simple cheese in double trouble burger .It has the special different taste just because of the cheddar cheese.. Either you sell the burger in the right way or just inform the customer if you are in shortage of cheese. (Specifically pointing out to khichapokhari branch) Because i have experience the same issue many times in this particular branch only.

A very nicely managed eatery with cosy seating. Tasted some dishes which are exact to my palates but the so called robot food server was not working properly. But will go back to taste some more items.

Kkfc at peoples place is a very well kept outlet despite it being in the heart of the most busiest location. There is not much to comment on the food as the food maintains its universal taste in all its outlet. We were there around 7.30 in it and by that time it was slow. We were only 2 groups as customer. The only suggestion or recommendation I would like to make is to expedite the delivery a little bit. Other than that the chicken is nice, the ambiance is great and clean.

Experienced worst staff service. It’s was good place to have fries before but now not satisfied with their service. Actually robot also dont works.😂 Bad air condition.

Didn't like the burger at all! The bun was stale and was breaking into pieces...overall burger was very very dry. Service was good....although robots were not in operation.

Fried chicken is Ok.... Mild spicy only.. Price seems a little bit higher than other tasty and hyge ic fried chicken outlet like Valley Xpress,BFC,Tidbits. Overall its ok..

Tasty KFC but staff-service was not satisfactory.

Hot wings and spicy fries tasted good, but the bun for the burger was very cold. It was a disappointing experience with the burger.
