Worst service. They have zero manners and very arrogant. When you point it out they just laugh and try to get away. The company needs to give them lessons on how to behave with customers and teach some basic manners. The idea is to make the experience better for customers.

The well-known franchise of local supermarkets. You can find everything at the same price as elsewhere, sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. Always correct reception. Good fresh products. Big local parking.

Very-very poor selection of simpliest products, vegetables are mostly of low quality ( they feel fine to sell packets of mushrooms crowded with tons of insects inside).. selling products which are expired long time ago ( even when I showed such item to stuff person, she just put it back on shelf like nothing happened), dirty, hot in summer and Lazimpat outlet is always stinky, stuff is lazy and works very slow..it is never pleasant to be there

Now a days you can find this store in almost every town in Kathmandu!!! This is also a Neighbour store!! I usually go in this store!! Price is little bit higher!! But this is in your neighborhood so don’t have to go far!!! You can’t find too much variety of foods in here!!! Variety are limited and you can not find all the food which you want for your day to day!! They have a selection of just a certain food or goods which people want to but if they are in rush or don’t want to go far store for more selection!! Morning and evening flow of customer is high but in day time it is normal!!! Enjoy!!!

Big mart policy and rules are the worst for the customer, these rules and policies aren't customer friendly. I bought chocolate of 1.2kg and a horlics,I didn't have bag.i even paid a price for a bag of rs 35.but the sales girls said rs.35 is not swipable.i had to curry on my hand.manger must verify the policies and need immediate actions to improve the policies. It's a shame to have a shoped at big mart ,Rudereswor chow.

I know the concern person won’t pay any attention to this review because there is already tons of complaints which I can see unattended. Worst worst worst staff I have seen in hatigauda. Same guy misbehave with us twice and he is not guilty at all after we complain as well. It’s not staff it’s management who don’t care about customer feedback
