Can have korean food there. Some are not very korean authentic, but still good enough to try. No side dishes are provided. Taste is good. Good location and friendly staff. Enough tables and seats, no booking required

One of my favorite go to place for korean food. The tiffin lunch box set is filling with quantity and is a good choice for those who want to have multiple items in one go. The kimchi is good too. Samgyeopsal was amazing, the size of meat was a bit thin. However teokbokki wasn't a good choice for the day i ordered, it was bland, more sweeter side, and too chewy. My favorite was the chicken bbq/ pork bbq set with sticky rice. Other than that good service, good food.

Recommended. 👏 Located at prime Thamel with ample parking for two wheelers . Cozy and warm space. Local and service wise very comfortable. The food was very good and budget friendly for the portion. Tried the veg tiffin batta that had a lot of new Korean dishes to try. They served us with radish soup. The kimbab was also satisfying. Would definitely revisit to try.

TLDR: GLASS IN MY FOOD, NO SINCERE APOLOGY Went a couple of times, was okay. But today i got a GLASS ON MY FOOD. There was a small piece of sharp glass piece on the food and luckily my friend spit it out. He got a minor mouth injury. hat if he had swallowed it and gotten some major health problems. What if it was a child instead of my friend. If it was a piece of plastic or a small pebble, I would have just let them know and continued to eat but glass is a major health issue. I was furious to see such a hazard on my food and called upon the waiter. All they had to say was sorry and let me take the glass. There was no sincerity in their apology and all they wanted was to hide the evendence of their mistake as soon as possible. I called upon the manager and he too was pouring out an apology that didn't seem sincere at all. I along with my friends stormed out to the reception. My friends wanted to pay for the food but I didn't want to pay someone that served us glass. I am never coming back, nor are my friends and acquaintances and I will make sure that the word spreads out through social media. Hire someone who is responsible enough to not make such life threatening mistake.

Best place for affordable, moth watering korean dishes. The service is fast and the food is really tasty. My personal favorite is it pork bbq set, you get different varieties of kimchi with a sizzling pork bbq dish with a side of rice.

This place has improved alot. I guess, they need to add up more space since the customer flow is high. Food tastes great.

Korean Picnic never disappoints you with its dishes. The food is very delicious and the portions are generous. It is not that expensive nor is it too cheap. A must-have when going to Thamel. I would personally recommend the Pork BBQ set, a lot of meat, and side dishes, and a great taste.

First of all, great food, great staff hospitality. I was in search of good korean restaurants in town and had visited several places but this one hit on the spot, affordable food price, clean place, fast service and great drink options. For parking there is limited parking facility for bikes only for 4 wheelers really suggests to park in Chaya Centre and follow the map. The only thing missing here is they must work in the ambience. Overall this is the must visit korean food restaurant in ktown which we can visit with friends and family. Highly recommended.

I must say, the experience was quite satisfying. While there were a few delays in the service, the consistent quality of the food more than made up for it.The highlight of this place, without a doubt, is the delicious Samgyeopsal with the side dishes. Each bite is juicy, flavorful, and reminiscent of the authentic Korean flavors .This place offers a pleasant surprise by providing mouthwatering dishes at reasonable rates. It's a great option for those who want to savor Korean flavors without breaking the bank. The ambiance of the restaurant is simple, creating a cozy and casual atmosphere. While it may not be the most extravagant setting, it allows the focus to remain on the food itself. It's a comfortable place to enjoy a meal with friends or family

The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, and the menu offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food - every dish I tried was not only delicious, but also a great value for the money. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Korean food, great value for money, and exceptional service.

You must try the pork BBQ set. Comes with a bowl of rice, kimchi and some slices of boiled potatoes. If you have a friend along with you, then order an extra bowl of rice. Im updating this review because since the last few weeks i have observed that the oil content in food has increased too much. Too tooo much oily.

Pork BBQ set was good and good size portion too. Side dishes were good too. Chicken fried was disappointing. Ambiance was poor. Need to upgrade the decor and furnitures. Feels like eating food in so called Nepali roadside hotel vibes where u get local chowmein and stuffs. Food taste, service and parking for bikes thumbs up. Owner needs to spent money on ambiance. And yeah menu prices are inclusive of all taxes. So don’t forget to tip the servers.

This place is good when you want to enjoy Korean food once in a while. The price range is not too expensive, but average. Bring lots of your friends to enjoy and have fun over here! P.S: The photos might look blurred because I was in a hurry to eat. 😅

If you love Kfood, this could be your go-to spot. Along with scrumptious quality food, the overall service is great too.

New ownership, so not the standard I was hoping for. Service on slow side. Food is decent for Thamel area Korean.

Have been visiting this place since 13-14 years & the food is always of top notch quality. Same standard all these years. Best Korean food, reasonable price & good staff. Best part parking is also available . Must have is barbecue pork🍀👍🍀
