More of a business plaza than a shopping center. This place is lined up with some for the foremost brands in suiting and drapers.. the once nearly defunct Center has been able to pull quite a trendy crowd with the addition of Bhatbhateni Super market, a business hotel, a grand and gozy party palace and best are the Pepe pizza and Ghandruk lunch houses. Not forgetting the coffee house.

A huge building with différent shop. Main one is Bathbateni and 3 oevel store. But here is also à Nice tea shop, à snack place, some Nice luxurious shop at 1rst level and then its.... ha... not so interresting. But at the last floor à good style shop where u can print ur short or cap... and finale à the End 2 restaurants with the.most famous and à best place in KTM , rhe Sundown ! Dont mist it.

I feel this shopping centre is build very large but without proper architecture and interior design as interiors are very dark. They have added Bhatbhateni, Kids Play Area and Sundown Restaurant but still parking space is very low and it does not have that charm of premium shopping centre. Also most of shutter are empty. Need to change the interior to compete with other shopping centre

The place is good but the rent of this leased land has not been paid for years to Tribhuvan university. It should be noted that the university teaches 75% of Nepali students. So, I don't feel it legitimate to go here for shopping. We people should be conscious enough to challenge any wrong doers.

Shops, eateries, cafe, tailoring shops, clothing stores, bank and what not. This place is filled with variety of things. One of my best place here is Pepe pizza. Opening of Bhatbhateni in WTC has helped immensely to increase the number of people visiting this place. You should visit this place and try some yummy food in the food stalls. Spacious parking space.

Visited United World Trade Center for a quick bite at Mad Munch which is on the second floor. Other than Bhatbhateni, the Trade Center looked a bit empty and haunted. The parking was enough, had no problem with it. There are many outlets of bank in the Trade Center. It would have been great with some extra lights to brighten up the place.

Needs massive improvement... There are some quality shops and bhat bhatbhateni has.set the standard. Parking us slightly expensive. Visited Thakali Express for dinner.

the place was designed for shopping area but now here only bhatbhateni is only the best store you can find. others only few number of best shopping center can be found here. Not a recommended place for shopping.

Average shopping experience in the middle of the city. Now the Bhatbhateni Supermarket is also here. Underground parking, various tea/coffee stalls, PEPE PIZZA, ZIMBU Restaurant and Sundown Rooftop Restaurant with the UNITED BUSINESS HOTEL are also available inside the complex.

This is a multistory shopping mall and superstore. You have some options of restaurants and fancy garments. Banks are also available. You can also reach out one of the famous superstore Bhatbhateni supermarkets within this building premises on west block. Some shops are still maturing to open or relocated to this place. Paid parking available underground. Accessible for wheelchairs and people with walking difficulty. Escalators available. Located at the center of the town, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu.

A place opposite to Nepal only one international stadium Dasharath Rangshala.. with big parking and bhatbhateni branch also inculded with health sector like jasmine fitness swimming ... food restaurant ..and offices..with shopping areas... good stuff overall....

Not as great as used to be. Presence of Bhatbhateni makes up the use of the center along with the British Council IELTS test center. The two restaurants on top floor is the new charm.

I went there with my family recently. We tried the momos and choilas. They were juicy and delicious. For mains we had the chicken and mutton thali. The portions were huge for a decent price and everything tasted great. All in all a great experience. I definitely recommend it for regular lunch if you work nearby or for dinner with family and friends.

The roads in the surrounding areas are very busy, the place is too crowded and the area has reported a lot of pick pockets so be wary while traveling alone.

This place has absolutely nothing left now. Everytime I visit some maintenance activities are going on. Must of the shop spaces are closed there. I visited this place for one specific work which I could not make happen. Poorly managed and most dirty mall.

This place is Complete package. An individual can buy and experience a lot of stuffs here. And every Saturday, British council conducts IELTS exam here

The mall didn't gained popularity as expected but still, it is one of a places of attraction of Tripureshor area. This was when Final of SAG Football was displayed at United World Trade Center in front of massive crowd back in 2019.

If you are juat roaming around and want to visit coffee shop or shopping then it would be the place and also you can take your kids for free play area. Different restaurants and supermarket like bhatbhateni you can find there.

Silent and dark these days ! Bhatbhateni department store was open, last week I was here. Endulged in complete darkness, this Mart now looks like a graveyard of businesses which used to be alive before COVID era

Good venue for functions as well as Sundown by Karma is located at roof top.

The shopping complex is in Tripureshwor and is spacious. Bhatbhateni supermarket is also inside the UWTC building. They have various shops mostly in ground and 1st floor. UWTC also has many fastfood and restaurants. There are many empty space in 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor and looks abandoned. The building is not so popular amongst customers and they have less visitors compared with other malls. The building has plenty of underground paid parking space.

Nepal's biggest business house in the heart of the capital. Wonderful building elevator cafe and massage machines are easily accessible. Which is actually in the frontal part of the national football stadium name dashrath rangashala which have a capacity of 30000 people. There are a lot of hotels, business houses official meetings halls, trainings halls and market along with bhatbhateni in it's along side. It is located at the place where maximum number of people moves through out the day all over the Nepal and also one of the busiest route. Around the trade centre we can find many government places petrol pump, machine market of teku, teku hospital, bhadrakali army headquarters, city centre ,Kathmandu mall and Tundikhel 100 meter nearby. Overall, very sophisticated location and enough parking area In the basement makes this trade centre more reliable and appreciated.

If you get hungry, You've got Food Courts and Cafe, If you need Bank, Nabil Bank is there. If you need Parking space, well there is parking space. If you need to buy clothes, there are several clothe shops. Place is clean, spacious. As the name itself, it is center for almost everything.
