Shangrila dental clinic is indeed a shangrila. I had my orthodontic treatment done here. The doctors are easygoing and approachable. Everything is just so professional here. The ambiance around is very calming and welcoming. Moreover, Dr. Pyakhurel is one of the pioneers in orthodontic care in Nepal. They have their own production unit for aligners. I'm so grateful for such professional care.

Currently undergoing teeth aligners from Shangrila. My teeth were scanned and they did digital planning. I need 22 sets of aligners and am currently wearing my 16th set. Aligners are comfortable and almost invisible. The cost of ialign aligner is also quite reasonable compared to Invisalign.

This is the finest establishment for any kind of dental procedures in Kathmandu. Both my younger siblings underwent several treatments here; including RCT, scaling and dental fillings. The service is topnotch. The staffs here are very professional and very soft spoken. The doctors are surely gems of their profession. They have the required tools and equipment, and most importantly a very well versed dental team. Dr. Shikha is very skilled and to add cherry on the top, very very good with kids. Dr. Hema is highly skilled and kind. We will visit only Shangrila in the future for any and all kinds of dental treatments. I recommend Shangrila dental clinic if you are looking forward to getting near painless and quality service.

Good during performing RCT and filling and it's still to see how effective it will be after treatment. Place is easily accessible and staffs are well behaved.

I called to have my appointment rescheduled and got screamed at. When I called her out on being rude, she called me rude and extremely unprofessional. I agree last minute rescheduling wasted their time however screaming at the customer is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. The representative ended the phone call with ‘hamilai pani tapai justo customer chaidaina (we don’t need customers like you).

Dr Hema is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. I got my teeth scaled and some fillings in the cavity and I didn't feel a thing. She was very gentle. A delightful experience in a dental clinic. Best Regards

Had to write a negative review even before I visited your clinic. Wanted an appointment for me & mom for the check up and since the vehicles are running in odd/even rules due to COVID, wanted an official writing for an appointment so that I don't have problem while commuting to which I got an unbelievable response 'We do not give such appointments in writing for 1st timer unless we trust them'. I was like are you guys serious. Regardless of your experiences, how can you put all into same basket & generalize. I was the one who googled your number & called; and this is the response we get from the operator. You may be the best or so called best in town but this is the least we expect from you. Thank you but no thank you !!
