I arrived in Nepal with the intention of not only trekking but also climbing one of its gorgeous peaks. I had already organized the trekking part back home, so just the climbing part was missing. What can I say? I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Suman who organized everything for my Island Peak climb (from flying tickets, guides, accommodation+food to equipment. Everything! I just needed to show up in Dingboche to meet my guide and start the adventure). Before choosing Soulful Nepal, I walked around Kathmandu visiting other agencies, but Soulful Nepal was by far the best option I could find, not only in terms of value-price, but also in terms of the advice and attention I received. One could really notice Mr. Suman's honest intention to support and make this experience a rewarding one. Moreover, during my trip he was writing me to make sure everything went as planned. Very helpful and well priced. Highly recommend. We booked our flights to and from Lukla for our Everest trek and Suman was such a great help. He is very knowledgeable and has personal trekking experience which was helpful when planning our flights. Our flight out of Lukla was cancelled due to bad weather (a common experience) and Suman was helping us through text and making sure that we were able to fly out the next day. We usually do all our own planning and booking while on holidays but I’m glad we decided to book with Soulful Nepal Holidays.

We wanted to do a last minute tour to Langtang valley, Yala Peak and Gosainkund in 10 days. They provided a local guide that knew everything about the area and really took care of us, a mountain guide that climbed the peak over 30 times (some people don't reach the peak because inexperienced mountain guides don't find it) and all materials we needed. We could always reach out to the office if there was anything up. In summary: totally recommend it!!!!

The best company in all of Nepal to your itinerary for hiking. I managed to plan a 12 day hiking tour last minute and they figured everything out for me and were very helpful throughout the way. We had the company of the best guide of them all, Ram. We managed to climb Yala Peak, saw Gosaikunda and of course beautiful Langtang valley. Ram is a very experienced guide with a lot of knowledge about the landscape, history and safety. I was a little sick throughout the way, but he took really good care of me and I managed to complete the whole trip! Big recommendation to go to Soulful Holidays.

Suman arranged things very well for our trip in Nepal. Although we were first faced with some surprises in Kathmandu when prices had increased for our TIMs card (should have been known by the company) and transport was not fully arranged according to our agreement, this probably had to do with the Deepawali festival. A full day taxi for sightseeing around Kathmandu is recommendable if you just have 1 day to see the highlights. Afterwards they arranged a perfect tour from Pokhara (with bag transfer from Kathmandu to Pokhara so we could go hiking at Annapurna without our big bag and not having to return to Kathmandu to pick it up: great service!) and via some rafting in the Trisuli river we went to Chitwan national park. All was arranged well for the budget option we agreed on.

Best service ever - Suman and his brother are such caring and kind people. They arranged our tickets to the mountains and back to Kathmandu. Even though we had some problems, Suman immediately took action to solve the issues to easy our stay in Nepal. The prices they offered were relatively cheaper than any other place we have been. It was a great day and we felt they are always there for us. There is no scam in this place, you can fully trust the prices and all the tours they arrange. The service is the best in the town. It’s my go to place for the next year for chitwan and base camp!

He is a very kind and gentle person who look after our stay in KTM & beautiful trekking tour to Pokhara & (Ghorepani). Mr. Dhruba, a great guide. We had a fabulous time on the Ghorepani trek. Mr Suman, owner of the company seems extremely helpful with enough knowledge about trekking and adventure activities in Nepal. Me and my gf went to Nepal to travel around for almost 2 months. We coicidently come across Mr Suman and found out that he was one of the most honest, kind person we could meet. He arranged everything we needed, provided us with the best guide with whom we are still in contact even after two years. He took us around Kathmandu and also guided us thruogh the Annapurna panorama trek. Everything was very well organized and thus enjoyable. Me and my husband booked a EBC trek package via Soulful Nepal. Suman Dai especially is very friendly, makes you feel comfortable and arrange everything for the trip. We had a great time and I recommend Suman Dai and his company if you are looking for reliable and valued service. P.S. Only thing I would suggest is to have a pick up and drop off service for domestic tourists as well esp. the pick up.

They are very bad! with them you feel cheated! they make the people of Nepal look very bad! Suman lies to you about the tours and then pretends it wasn't something he said! please DON‘T book with them! I booked a Helicopter flight to Base camp and Everest Hotel…they just went to Kalapatthar! and they didn't go to any of the other places! please do not book with them! look for another agency! He does not accept that he lied about the Tour! and I had to go to the Kathmandu Tourist police, to find a solution!

We, a couple, booked an Annapurna Circuit Trekking at Soulful Nepal Holidays. The trekking was great! Our guide Dharma did his very best to arrange the meals and rooms and to provide us the best experience. We would really recommend him as a guide. Minor downsides: our luggage was delivered to Pokhara two days late after the trekking, so we had to walk around in our dirty trekking clothes for another two days. And the service level is presented a little better during sales than it actually is: for example, transport is not with tourist buses but with cramped old local buses and not all rooms had their own toilet and shower.

We are super glad with the organisation of Dipak and his colleague! They helped us to plan our trekking, booked flight tickets and transportation and also organised a tour to Chitwan national park which was a highlight (best accommodation in town and great guides). They always reacted fast and professional and even when we had to change our travel plans they were flexible. To me prices seemed very fair and competitive. Highly recommend Soulful Nepal Holidays! Just completed my lifelong dream of completing the Everest Base Camp Trek. They did a phenomenal job getting me all sorted for my trek and answering all my questions. I had spoken with a number of agents before deciding on them and I choose them because they made me feel like family. I got very sick before my scheduled departure and they helped me rearrange plans to leave on a later date without any troubles. I was even fortunate enough to spend Dashain with their family—very lovely folk. And, they also offered me the best price for the trek compared to other companies for the same services. I’ll definitely be booking with them in the future.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing experience with Soulful Nepal. We did the gokyo ri hike with renjo la pass for 12 days and had stunning views. The trek was very reasonably priced including accommodation, transport and food. Our guide Nirmal was great, he was knowledgeable and spoke English well. He was friendly and we had a good time playing cards and drinking the local rice wine together. Suman is amazing and so kind, he was able to help arrange a helicopter for very cheap when our flight to lukla was cancelled due to weather. He also welcomed us into his home after the trek for dinner and to celebrate Dashain. I highly recommend Soulful Nepal!

We were four couples and wanted to do a tour in Nepal which brings us closer to nature and wildlife. After a long discussion we choose a tour called Experience Nepal Tour which lasted for 8 days and covered most of the tourist destinations of Nepal like Nagarkot, Lumbini, Pokhara, Chitwan and Kathmandu. Tour went well and we enjoyed a lot specially in Chitwan where we went for Jungle Safari. Elephant ride and wildlife watching was best part of our whole trip. Lumbini and Pokhara was also a nice experience. All of us enjoyed this trip and we highly recommend it to everyone. We are thankful to Soulful Nepal team.

A professional service from both the owner Sumen and my guide Prem. I was able to leave my excess luggage at their office. They lent me a down coat and some walking poles. I would recommend this trekking company as from my experience they are helpful, reasonable, genuine and friendly.

I had purchased bus tickets from Soulful Nepal, however, my plans changed and I could not use the tickets. I was surprised and pleased to find out that they would refund my tickets. I really did not expect they would do this. Very respectable business.

We had a pleasure a privilege to have Suman as our tour operator in Dec 2021. We did a tour of Kathmandu Valley, a trip to Chitwan National Park, Pokhara as well as a 5-day Mardi Himal Trek (with a guide and a porter). Everything was well organized, the staff was professional and friendly. As we're thinking of coming back to Khumbu in the future, we'll no doubts head to Soulful Nepal first.

We were told by one of our friends to contact Soulful Nepal Holidays for a trek to Nepal. We were impressed the way they served us. Initially a guy named Raju helped us with all the trip planning and decision making. Once We arrived in Nepal, we met Mr. Suman (owner), the most humble guy we have ever met. He did a wonderful arrangement of our Trek to Ghorepaani/PoonHill. Our trek was led by Yogesh (one of their senior guides). Even though it was bit challenging for my wife due to her knee problem, it was still a fun. We loved our time with everyone and we were very sad when it was all over. We will be back someday to explore more parts of Nepal with this amazing team!!
