It's located right on the way to Naya Buspark. It's a newly built shopping mall. It was overall nice, clean and friendly shopkeepers. The goods price were not too much expensive.

It's a nice place to visit to book a bus for all destinations in Nepal , Mall back side was a Kathmandu bus stand where you can get bus and hotel or texi to pashupati nath temple than came back and book tickets for other destinations it will charge 800 to pokhra and shunoli border

Lotse Mall is located at Lotse Mall next to Gongabu bus park, Kathmandu. It has famous for chinema also iNi Cinemas also has another theater chain iNi North Cinemas at the Karmacharya Complex, Gongabu Chowk.

The design and interior of this mall is very good it has more than 4 floors but this is yet unfinished only ground floor and first floor have shops above it whole mall is empty above floor seems to haunted because of being empty. This mall is near bus stand you can pass your time here before your bus is coming
